Do you mean just hitting X and Square at the same time to do the sidestep dodge? And if you tap left or right, you will circle-dodge the enemy in that direction.
Upgrade required, though.
X and square at the same time! Thanks bro.

I don't really see how that'll help with the slow speed of them.
Even though there is no trophy/achievement for it, is it even possible to beatwithout taking damage? Some of his attacks can only be parried, but you still take some damage.MG Excelsus

I'm not really digging the Pincer Blades. They're really slow and only do one move it seems. I mean it's good for air juggles, but why bother with them? The Sai and Polearm is far better.
Nah, I'm not going learn to do any cancels or shit like that. If a player has to learn and rely on something like taking advantage of cancels/invincibility frames... something's wrong with your game
What is up with the bosses on Very Hard mode?
I'm fighting Mistral and she seems to block almost everything.
Perfect parry is your friend, also when she glows yellow, run in close...dodge and whack away at her.
Glad to see you beat the final boss, congrats broski.Yeah I just beat her but it took a while. Woman was blocking almost everything.

I was afraid it messed with the save clock, making it subtract cutscenes and deaths and killed the ability to use wigs to get trophies/achievements..could be off base though -__-We ever get word on what the new updates did?
Fox blade is a monster when leveled, it was meant for revengeance mode, it rightfully doesn't one shot bossesPlaying very hard and iv still not got perfect parry down to a tee.
Just beat monsoon. Fox Blade makes Very Hard easy.

What is this nonsense?
i still have no clue how to reliably parry, i can do like 2 in a row but my third one usually ends up being an attack
This QTE to get out of stun lock shit is starting to get on my nerves now.
Anybody know what colour all the Wig's are? I just unlocked Infinity Wig A after beating monsoon :S
Its brown from those wondering
That part was so good. Just finished that boss fight. Had no idea what I was doing but got through it.Part of me was expecting Raiden to scream "I've been waiting for this pain," when heasked Dok to turn off his pain inhibitors.
You mean the analog QTE? I fucking despise analog stick QTE more than anything. Especially when I'm playing at night and everyone is asleep and I'm there mashing this fucking stick back and forth like a dick. It can get loud. This QTE to get out of stun lock shit is starting to get on my nerves now.
Playing the original two mario parties on the N64 have hardwired my reflexes to automatically use my right hand to twirl that stick till it smoked.
Something about this game makes me ill (headache).
I think it's the camera. It's too slow so I have to manually move it with the right stick and when I manually move it its too fast.
Done and Done

Yeah, anyone who can platinum/1000 this is ayour name is very accurate
If you haven't played Bayonetta and Vanquish either, which order is best to play these games in?
Im thinking;
play vanquish first
then Bayonetta
then Rising
I am asking in terms of accesibility, and appreciation and evolution of the combat. Maybe I should play bayonetta at the end, since its the holy grail?

Personally I think vanquish is the weakest of the 3 and id avoid it unless you are determined to play it.
Metal Gear Rising
Vanquish (only if you really want to play it)
Bayonetta
bayonetta the most robust game but its bosses aside from jeane are pretty unremarkable and there's significant padding in the game via shitty afterburner/space harrier gameplay segments
