It looked like the play was designed with him as option A and no option B anywhere. none of the other players seemed to do anything but prepare for a shot attempt.

Poor coaching, IMO. There were no release points for Granger and Granger was determined to shoot.

I really didn't like the design of that play. It went right into all of Chicago's strengths. Why not attack Boozer!?
