In the East when the East was even weaker than it is today. What did he do once they got into the playoffs? Oh, yea. And he still got SWEPT in the first round. Horrible. Even with Kobe's worst teams he never got swept in the first round.

While we accept the decision of the NBA regarding Dwyane Wade, we do not agree with it. In his 10 years in the league, Dwyane has never been suspended, and has been an exemplary player and positive influence to his teammates and fans and we have been honored to have him as part of the Miami HEAT family. Unfortunately, he is the type of player, along with other players on our roster, that defenses take privileges with. We stand with Dwyane and support him in this situation and have made our feelings known to the league office.

He used to be a guy who left it all on the court every night. Hustled for every loose ball, always finished plays, went hard at the rim without looking for fouls, always left fans feeling like they saw everything he had... he was a lot like AI in that way.
Now he's pretty much bitchmade. From taking plays off, to giving his coach the bitchplease in the huddle, to being reckless/taking cheapshots at guys, to hitting people in the nuts, to crying for calls, etc...
It is what it is. He used to be one of my favorite players in the league. Things change.

I'm really glad the Heat organization put out this statement. Windworst is a fucking loser for his article, and was out of line. Wade's not a player who has been in trouble in the past, so insinuating that he's a dirty player is just the height of douchebaggery. It's expected from the troglodytes on forums, but not from a writer on a big website. Plus, it flies in the face of the positive book campaign Wade had this Summer. At least Micky and Pat have their boy's back. PEACE.
