Amare helps The Spurs so much in one play

-He pushes TD into Lin
-Clears a path for TP by not picking him up
-Since everyone knows he should pick the dude up his pointing only increase TP's chances of getting to the basket as it makes everyone second guess on D.
-He guards absolutely no one once he gives up on TP
-Still ends up with the 4th best rebounding position despite not doing anything else and being the second tallest man on the floor at the time
-Boxes Lin out from potentially getting a rebound

Jesus Christ.

Gunbert signed with Memphis? Awesome. I hope he doesn't completely stink up the joint like he did with Orlando but thats pretty much whats going to happen.

I have to explain this so damn often, lol. It's a painting of Ivan the Terrible, after he had an argument and fight with his son, accidentally stabbing him in the head and killing him. It's his emotion when he realized what he did.

lol at first glance I thought it's a zombie eating Jesus.

Having the skills Kobe has is a talent. Kobe is both more skilled and talented than TMac ever was. TMac was just taller, if you want to consider that a "talent".

Don't really see how this could be a debate. Kobe is better now, was better back then.

Inventing rivals is funny: Kobe or Iverson/T-Mac/Vinsanity/LBJ, etc.
Era to era, only one constant.

T-Mac was a more gifted passer than Kobe. That's it

Literally every other skill set, Kobe was better. People were comparing a guy who was option 1 on his team with a guy who was option 2 and wondering why T Mac had (slightly) better numbers.

Defensively there's no comparison either. It's the same argument as people who think T-Mac or AI could have won 3 chips with Shaq if they were in Kobe's place. T-Mac played with Yao and never got out of the first round and AI couldn't run the triangle effectively or play defense / rebound nearly as well as Kobe. Plus his chucking was worse than Kobe's

Kobe from 2000-2002 was the best perimeter player, all things considered, in the league.

KINGS WAIVE J.J. HICKSON

Kings.com said:
SACRAMENTO, CALIF., Mar. 20, 2012 -- The Sacramento Kings today waived forward J.J. Hickson, according to Kings President of Basketball Operations Geoff Petrie.

Hickson, a 6-9, 242-pound forward, averaged 4.7 points (.370 FG%, 0-1 3pt, .638 FT%), 5.1 rebounds, 0.6 assists, and 18.4 minutes per game in 35 contests of which he started nine for the Kings.

The Kings roster now stands at 13 players.

Thank you, Jesus!

This can only mean that we must be keepin' JT! w00tness

So basically we gave up Casspi and a 2012 1st round lottery protected pick for... ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOTHING.

That's our negotiation staff hard at work, fellas!

Golden State and Phoenix emerge as frontrunners for J.J. Hickson should he clear waivers, league sources tell Y! Sports.

Well I get why Golden State is interested but isn't Phoenix trying to make the playoffs?

Conan got his own shoe. Just need someone to wear them now.

According to court docs, [Antoine] Walker had to liquidate his property to pay back his creditors ... including his ring. Now TMZ has learned, the ring has been tentatively sold to a guy named Andres Garcia for a cool $21,500.
A judge needs to sign off on the deal before any money changes hands ... but we're told it's pretty much a done deal.

Dat shimmy. :(
