It is a problem when you members drive by troll other threads as best GAF and then bitch about how best GAF is the only place they can post in threads and on IRC.. The entire situation might have been handled differently but "silly little jokes" get old, just like memes...

Also we have always hazed, as do a lot of sports threads, but we were the worst of them all...

Ace: are there certain things that weren't bannable before that are now? Obviously not taking the schtick to other threads is still problematic but what about jokes and what have you that wouldnt get you banned before this whole thing went down? Should we fear making certain jokes?

I was so pissed at him the other night against the Wolves. He goes something like 0-9 from the field in regulation, with 6 of those misses on wide-open corner 3s.

Of course, as we're pulling away in the second overtime, he finally knocks one down.

I guess the good thing is that he's getting open looks, and he can't shoot this badly forever. But I'd honestly rather see Sefolosha on the floor in those situations. At least he can defend someone.

I think some things were jokes that mutated into "truth" for some people. Bans are going to be harsh from here on out....so just trying to give people who do care a heads up

Rose had a shooting slump because the heat have two of the most athletic wings in the league, and rose had noone to rely on consistently.

Even during the close games I had no faith in the bulls.

Can't think of a single situation I wouldn't rather have westbrook, harden, sefolosha, cook, or even Ivey in over Fisher. He really should not be seeing the floor unless Westbrook and Ivey both have season ending injuries.

He's going to have a decent game once in a while, most games though you'll just have to win despite of him. He'll be useful in tight situations during the playoffs and he'll be a positive locker room presence, and he'll occasionally make a big shot or two. Once your stars learn how not to panic and not to act like a bonehead like last season's playoffs you won't need him any more.

I really am starting to feel this way. A few weeks ago the Heat looked absolutely untouchable, but they just have slowed down in such a big way. They've struggled against a few average teams and theyre haven't been as many blowouts. Meanwhile the Bulls continue to win without their best player on the floor.

Bulls had the best record last year and look what happened. Their best player was shut down. There aren't any dominating teams in the East besides the Heat. Again, barring injury Heat are a lock. Against the Spurs or OkC? Not as much a lock but it's theirs to lose.

Yeah, people are forgetting Rose sprained his ankle in the Pacers series and then tweaked the hell out of it in the Hawks series. He was not fully healthy for that series. He didn't have his explosiveness.
