No. What you're missing is the home court component of a head to head. Generally hca is worth 3 points for the home team. Since they're close in the rankings, the algorithm would probably pick sas in this game.

And of course on a neutral court it would probably only give okc a 55-45 advantage or something close. One loss hardly invalidates those percentages.

And the spurs dropped because they lost by 30 last game at home versus blazers.
