2013 NBA Playoffs |OT3| Don't believe the pipe

I got grudge sucked!
Even as a Duke fan, I'll never understand why the Pacers draft fucking Miles Plumlee. Even if he was decent, they had plenty of size. Was there not any sort of PG available at all?

DY came up with the term because he thinks that the Pacers win solely off of confusing their opponents by doing things in a bizarre fashion and causing games to be really ugly because of this.

It was adopted by everyone because they play low scoring, ugly games (though the low scores are more due to the Pacers having awesome defensive personnel and bad offensive personnel than scheme I think)

This should go into every OP.

Can we laugh at the Heat for being taken to game 7 by the Pacers. Everyone here was saying Heat in 5. lol Anyways like I said, Heat win, and Pop exposes every weakness that the Pacers showed him.

So if George gets better, Granger gets healthy, and Wade continues to regress, do the Heat beat this team again next year? I know it's looking a little far ahead, but most young teams that break through usually lose a few times to the top dogs.

How about people stop underrating the East. The East is built for playoff basketball, which is defense first. For the second straight year, people are gonna say our best challenge came from the East. PEACE.

I think so. If they can somehow get another competent ball handler that would help. A legit point guard and Miami is probably done right now.

Is this is a controversial opinion? George's skill level is not good and his efficiency was horrible all year long. Both George and Iggy are elite defenders and role players offensively.

George is notably better offensively than Iggy's ever been. Look at his scoring these playoffs, a lot of 20+ point games and this is only his third year. He's notably better on offense.

But the Spurs aren't built remotely like the Pacers so I'm not sure what good thats going to do. If the Spurs win the series, it will be on their own terms. Indiana was built to frustrate Miami, they did it last year and again this year.

Highlight of the series would either be the George long 3 to tie or the poster on Birdman Birdman.

Hibberts reactions on the bench after the game 1 loss also up there.

So does this one game put the Heat back as the inevitable champions in everyone's eyes?

Eh, it could go either way, I'm rooting for my Spurs as I always do, but I'm not going in expecting anything. I'm proud of my team for making it out of the West and get to see the matchup I thought I would a year ago. It would be nice to see them get that fifth banner, but they are going to have to seriously work for that championship. I respect the Heat and have actually come to admire LBJ's game ever since the Olympic games, but obviously I want my team to win.
