I let out all my anger in the first period, second period was about fury and sadness, third period was coping mechanisms and acceptance.

I loved that series. It ended in a way that no player like Teemu deserves, but it was a full-tilt back and forth series that showed we're awesome teams for years to come.

Let's all look back on a great season and enjoy the accolades.

I'm not sure what that's about. The reporters are all tweeting different dates for the NYR-MTL series, but that's the official schedule according to NHL.com.

Could be a fuck up?


EDIT: The bar at the top of NHL.com is showing different days for NYR-MTL as well, so that schedule is probably wrong. Revised it to what seems to be the real schedule, despite what the site says.

That captain-to-captain handshake had to be one of the quickest ever.

Selanne's handshake with DWIGHT KING was better.

I felt bad for Thornton and Vlasic when the Sharks lost. I feel really bad for Selanne and Koivu now that the ducks lost.

I HAVE NO ONE TO FEEL HORRIBLE FOR ON CHICAGO :((((

You know what this means right? The Kings must lose in the conference finals. That way you'll have someone to feel horrible for when they lose!

Ducks fans, legitimately, your team was better. I don't know what to write here. It was enough for them to win four games. If they were the Kings I would be proud. Teemu is a hockey God. I wish there were different circumstances for his outster. Koivu is a legend. It was an amazing series and I am too far beyond drunk to give it appropriate words. ..be proud of them. This took me like 15 minutes to write

Great series Clyde, Pickles, and Kaeptain. Incredibly evenly matched except for that stupid first period of this game. This was real hockey all the way through, and incredibly entertaining to watch.

And congrats on the best season ever, Ducks GAF. I've enjoyed it even more than 07, up to this point of course. Excited for our young guys next year. Smith-Pelly and Gibson are going to kill it.

I think we're rooting for the Habs now, but we can wait for Giggzy to get back before we vote. You know what they say about what Ducks do, after all.
