Oh yeah I don't think it's the only reason at all. Their defense is amazing, and Lebron is playing his heart out generating points with that offense. I was just defending my position on originally picking GSW in 5 - I don't like picking a sweep when a team runs on 3-pointers, you can get a game like this where nothing falls.

Absolutely. I guess I phrased it wrong, my point is this is Steph Currys first Finals series. Same as Durant in 2012. Lebron is playing like he's been in the finals before because he has. Despite Steph playing an MVP regular season (and he was far and away the MVP) that doesn't mean anything because this is his first finals appearance and he's playing nervous. If not nervous then something is off and I think it has to do with it being his first time in the NBA finals spotlight.

I don't buy the "first Finals" argument. Hunger is hunger, period. If Steph's shot falls, are you making this argument? Also, remember the 2004 Pistons? They played my Lakers and they had never been there. So did the 2008 Czzz. Point is, everyone has to start somewhere. Not everyone loses before they win.

How is the adjective, your description of their defense, now something I'm not allowed to respond to? It's not miraculous, it's hard defense from a hard playing team. They played hard defense in game 1 as well. GS was just shooting better as a team, then again so were the Cavs. Can the Cavs keep up a high level of energy on defense on a natural good defensive team in which most of the perimeter guys don't expend that much energy on offense anyways? The sings point to yes. Us saying the Cavs can keep up their hard defense doesn't mean we suddenly expect GS to average 30% from the floor.

It went from the 4 minute mark of the 4th quarter, went to ads, then abruptly cut back into the game with like a minute left just as it was about to go back to timeout, and then plays ads all the way up to the 3 minute mark of OT. It seemed to playing 3-4 minutes of ads regardless of low long the TV timeout were. Just awful.

Lebron has been inefficient, but he's not a great shooter and he's the number 1, 2, and 3 options right now. What he is doing incredibly well is leading the Cavs on offense and defense, controlling the pace of the game, rebounding and assisting his ass, and playing almost the entire game.
