Yeah I liked this pretty well. Listened to the whole thing.

Chainsaw Revenge was my favorite with it's synth bass line. But man, I feel like that bass line starts off and it feels right, but the second portion of it feels wrong. It's hard to explain and maybe I'm just weird, but it feels like it is just one piece of the puzzle away from being a classic bass line.

Carpenter Brut is if Pretty Hate Machine was combined with Broken.

Damn, I'm loving EP III and his live show bootlegs. I had no idea he used a live band.

I never knew about the live stuff either. Just looked some of it up on youtube. Pretty nice! Very small venues, though. Would be awesome to see that stuff on the big stage! like this Glastonbury 2017!

So, currently all of Dan Terminus's releases are free on Bandcamp!

The Darkest Benthic Division (Jan 2014)
Rêverie EP (Apr 2014)
Stratospheric Cannon Symphony (May 2014)
The Wrath of Code (Mar 2015)

Previously only "The Darkest Benthic Division" and "The Wrath of Code" were, but right now the other two are 'pay what you want - no minimum' as well.

I'm not sure why, but maybe it has something to do with him doing some shows recently and wanting to get his music out there to as many people as possible. In any case, this is as great a time as any to get into his discography, as I think he's one of the best in the scene.

also great time to still pay him some for great albums instead of just taking them for free! ;D

I didn't expect much at first, but after giving it a listen I was sold! The September 87 and Sebastian Gampl tracks are really solid.

"ELECTRONICA 1: The Time Machine" is a terrible title but I'll check it out. The list of collaborators is impressive. John Carpenter, M83, Tangerine Dream and Massive Attack.
