Why Philips Arena as opposed to the Georgia Dome during the game between the Falcons and the Colts? I guess security would be tighter at an NFL game, but eh.

The WWE show rumor was probably made up by McMahon. It's all part of a plan to make Roman look strong. Plus he's besties with Trump. They'll have someone dressed up like a jihadist, and Trump will come out and deal with him. The place will go bananas.

It really is, because as we have seen, the Feds aren't really the best at stopping these kinds of attacks and seeing as no arrests have been made a day before the event and the event is still set to continue with no threat warning, I think it is pretty clear that there was no plan.

If we always stand by assuming the government knows about it and is going to do something to stop it, there could be a lot more Paris level events.

You know, that is a good point. I am not really aware of any attempts that I am not aware of though :p

Also, I'm not saying that they don't do anything. However, it is one day before the event and they are still planning it which leads me to believe they weren't going to stop it any time soon. And if they did know and were just planning on catching them off-guard at the event, that is still unnecessarily putting several lives at risk.

What if these threats are just ISIS trying to distract us while they do something else? Probably not, but it'd really be the perfect plan. Leave the government searching for clues while you attack a completely unrelated area.

I can't speak for the US, but the UK Prime Minister recently announced that the security services foiled around 10 recent attack attempts. Usually, these aren't disclosed for obvious reasons however.

Trump? If youre familiar with WWF(E) then you should know his history with Vince and the company.

Vince has also had a guy do a radical islamist gimmick years ago...it went over like you would imagine....but it wouldnt surprise me if he did something similar again.

Maybe, but I doubt it. A sign can't hide anything. Plus with the metal detectors at the gates there isn't much they could do. They could attack people outside the venue in the parking lot I guess, but inside everyone would be completely safe.

If you reveal certain plots (that may have already been foiled), accounts, statements... it can 'out' certain intelligence operations that may have involved individuals working undercover. Someone from ISIS could then connect the dots and know -- or start to figure out at least -- who they should be weary of online.

If you hack an account and render it useless it could have been something that was being monitored or actively used by law enforcement to gather intelligence.
