For some reason I run faster with the ps2 controller.
I tried 2 different Gamecube controllers too.

I guess the converter uses higher values for the analog stick?
And the game was programmed for those... well I give up

My guess would be that the DS2 has more points of sensitivity than the GC controller does and the developers didn't put any kind of limit on how fast you could run, or something like that.

The Cube stick is more sensitive, but the DS2 stick bends farther over if you compare the two.
