Thanks for the feedback. I'll change the lighting and try your trick of using foreshortening to add the illusion of length. From the pictures you sent you've been able to do a lot with not too much.

I would far prefer to only give them to regular contributors, but seeing as how some of them are the usual bunch of often cheap and bundled games we all amass, I may have to cast a wider net if I don't get to many bites. Please quote and reply with which game you are interested in and I'll PM you the code.

Haha, so true! They should be holding gaming sessions if they're a decent gaming store. That is a pretty big 'if' for them, given their track record.
I tried to make something happen for SydGAF when TableTop Day was announced, but there were no takers. EyeCon is on all long weekend and they'll have a gaming area set up specifically for board games all day tomorrow and Sunday at no charge for anyone. That's pretty awesome, but again, no one was interested. I declared SydGAF board gaming dead shortly thereafter.

For some strange reason, despite not being at all religious anymore, I still feel kind of obligated to not eat meat today. I think perhaps it's more tradition than anything else, given that our family used to be religious but aren't really at all anymore.
At least it's an excuse to grab a Filet o' Fish meal!

I'm actually planning on doing a lot of work over the easter break. I sort of have two assignments from a another training course that I'm doing in addition to uni due.. and I sort of fell behind on my ecology reading, also gotta work on my presentation for that too.. (because it's due in two weeks).
Yeah - Uni has been a blast, I was feeling kind of lonely in the first week of study since I was barely running into any of the people I met during o'week because we all study different courses, but in this past week it's almost been impossible to walk around the campus without running into someone who actually wants to talk to me lol.. and I have some awesome groups going on in my classes, starting to get involved in this club I joined etc. Plus people I met appear to compliment me for my self-confidence since everyone thinks I act like a second-year student lol.
Last nights party was kind of exhausting though. Really didn't enjoy it as much as the previous parties I had before. I think I'm already getting fatigued by this uni party thing.
doesn't help that I had to pay $45 for a taxi fare last night, next time I'm going in with a group of friends instead of going by myself and waiting for the friends I know who are going to the party lool. Also the male-to-female ratio was fucked at this party, not enough hot girls to flirt with! should have gone to the nursing party they had going the week before #FML.*socialise

Didn't even notice! But I typed it on a phone which corrects to US spelling... That's my excuse (excuze?).
Just made sugar syrup because screw paying $20 per kg for the stuff, it looks awesome. I may have gotten a little dizzy (dissy?) from the ammonia that was released at the start but no big deal. Going to dump the whole thing into a beer I'm brewing tomorrow.

Google Reader is (iz?) no longer a thing. Try Feedly. Any site you regularly visit (vizit?) for news (newz?) will be a good candidate. Giant Bomb, RPS, Kotaku, whatever. Just look for their RSS (RZZ?) feed link on the site.

Embrassingly.. it comes from my history of being homeschooled and spending a lot of my time on AMERICAN INTERNET GAMING FORUMS since I was 13-years old. (I posted on other forums before GAF).

It's probably best to step off the soapbox for a bit. At least until you learn to use punctuation correctly (or at all) and know the correct capitalisation rules for proper nouns and the beginning of sentences.

In the Olden Days, capitalisation Didn't Matter. It was up to The Writer to decide their Important Words, and use Capital Letters whenever they wanted to emphasise Something.
No need to be beholden to the conventions of Previous Generations. English is constantly Evolving, so may as well Deal With It.
(This is coming from someone who constantly cringes from the terrible use of language on the Internet.)

Wasn't that more during the era when printing came into existence? If I remember (poorly, probably), early hand written text was written in more of an all-caps calligraphy with emphasis given to the first letter in the chapter and any nouns that they felt worthy of it. Then, when mechanical reproduction came into existence the typography was usually left up to the printer, which lead to most nouns getting capitalized. Then someone (I have no idea, I just remember someone did) in the 18th century called for rules to be put into place, giving the first word of each sentence, along with proper nouns and titles. But I may be misremembering things, it's been a very long time.
Heck, sometimes when I'm feel like being old skool, I only use 24 letters of the alphabet, use a wynn instead of the letter "W" and substitute "y" for "th" in words!
But I'm just a traditionalist, at heart. Crazy, but true.
Unless you are in Australia. In which case both parties are beholden to a minority group, ironically.
