3:32 seconds of pure destruction and mayhem. Honestly, they can't be bothered with actual screen time with dialogue can they?

So apparently this an AoU Blu Ray ad from Thailand:

I really hope that's not a typo.

Please let it be true.

Age of Ultron is the only bad Marvel film I want to watch again.
Personally I agree it had its issues, but I don't find Age of Ultron to be nearly as bad as most people say in my opinion. I think it's better than the first in a lot of areas, but it just has some issues.

EDIT: Thor: The Dark World would be my perfect example of a bad Marvel movie, though still not on the level of early non-Marvel adaptions like Daredevil, Elektra etc.

I really liked both Thors, but even they are towards the bottom of my MCU list. I personally think TIH is the worst. Not because Ed Norton is the Hulk in that one, but because in 2008, the effects were awful. Iron Man 1, which released weeks prior, ran circles around it. I'm not exaggerating when I say some of the visual effects look like they were from a move almost 10 years prior. I'm not a fan of when movies are updated, but I wonder if they rereleased the movie with upgraded visuals (and made Hulk's CG model look more like his appearances in Avengers 1 and 2), I'd be fine with that.

As time went on I've found myself a much bigger fan of Age of Ultron. The boring parts have faded from memory so that only the cool stuff remains. Honestly not that different from the original in that respect (though the ratio of "boring stuff to cool stuff" was a lot better in Avengers).

I came into it with the assumption that it would have a hard time topping the first Avengers, and as a result, the few flaws it had stuck out like a sore thumb to me.

Now that I look back, I'm starting to remember all the awesome little character interactions, and I really want to give it a fair shake this time.

I came out of AoU thinking it was easily better than the first one. I'm very surprised how many people say its an outright bad movie. Granted, I've only seen it once so maybe my opinion will change after repeated viewing.

I thought the last battle in the first one was just all flash but this one actually felt like it had stakes. The first did too, but it was just in the execution I guess.
It did have stakes until
Fury just shows up with a helicarrier and then lol nobody dies no consequences

How was Ultron a bad villain? He had the humor and firepower to make him memorable, at least compared to the other MCU villains we've had aka everyone except for Loki.

So GAF hated this movie?

Nah, everyone on GAF loved AoU. Even the Man of Steel supporters loved AoU. It's just a sarcasm thing on the forum to put down AoU, an "in" joke.

Every Marvel movie is awesome, even the "bad" ones. Fuck negativity, love and peace, spectacular!

Ah yes a character with no investment who's death is just compensation because of the poor excuses the film comes up with for a perfect ending
"lol nobody dies, happy ending for all"
*movie kills off Avenger*
"Ugh I don't care so it doesn't count!"

Looks like the first big 'avengers' titled dud , not in terms of money making but reception.

So much for robot antagonists in future superhero movies

Villain is a throwaway non threat, and forgotten quickly after the climax.
Speaking of said climax, it mirrors the original one to a tee with a little MoS apologist stuff thrown in
Aside from Hulk vs Hulk buster nothing sticks out about the movie.
