Just wait until they find out about blue and orange lighting.
Oh that's an old one. There was a cracked article about it awhile back.

I wonder what people dislike about Superman in comparison to the 200 other flying bricks out there. It's a great mystery to me.

He's a super powerful god and people just can't relate to that. Unlike Thor, for example.

What is so relatable about Thor?
Thor is a god, who started out as a boisterous asshole, who then became a de-powered and sexy fish out of water.
Very easy to see how he endears to people more.
Hey, I love both so you're preaching to the choir, but I'm not buying that the Norse god speaking in Shakespeare is more relatable.

I believe he is being sarcastic. Because, you know, Thor is literally a super powerful god.
So the trailer's gotten an "official" upload - to the IMAX YouTube account.
Superman was very relatable in the first film during the farm scenes and even in man of Steel during the flashbacks when he was a kid
Not the characters fault that goyer gave us such a dead in the water script
Thor is terrible in the films btw. By far the worst of the avengers.
Really cool comics tho, but in film....basura. what a bad comparison
Superman has a lot of potential too, he could be the captain America of these films if they played it right...which they haven't. Snyder is concerned with him flexing and mean mugging the whole movie instead smh
I dunno if this has been pointed out before but is that the Nolan Tumbler Batmobile hanging out in the Batcave?

Too small. I think it's just a slight nod to the Nolan films and a signal that they are leaving them behind.
For reference:

Superman does the 2-point landing3-point landings are just cool. At some point somebody thought "what's the coolest way to land from a fall? Rolling forward is for chumps." and evidently most people feel the same way. Impractical? Sure, but you can't look cool by being practical.
Woo! Superhero landing! You know that's really hard on your knees. Totally impractical, they all do it.
Deadpool, 2016 film

Could do without the dramatic head lift that usually follows though.
What the....Supergirl is the best live action Superman since the Reeve films so everyone should be pointing to that show to see what Superman *should* be like.

Ugh, Singer. Supes landed like he just shit himself.Superman does the 2-point landing

where the colors at
That movie destroyed Brandon Routh's film carreer. He is great as Ray Palmer in the Arrowverse though, dude has charisma but Singer really did him a disservice in Superman Returns.

Gawd is it hard to be a Superman fan right now This trailer has everyone talking out of the side of their neck!
Nah, it's just a rock. I brightened it up in PhotoshopI dunno if this has been pointed out before but is that the Nolan Tumbler Batmobile hanging out in the Batcave?

I feel like such a sheep after reading about it lol. I wonder what kind of other weird marketing ploys the movie industry uses. Something to read today it seems.
Thor has been nerfed to hell tho. At the beginning many people complained about it but now i think we all can see why they did it.

Suskind describes the Cheney doctrine as follows: "Even if there's just a 1 percent chance of the unimaginable coming due, act as if it is a certainty. It's not about 'our analysis,' as Cheney said. It's about 'our response.' Justified or not, fact-based or not, 'our response' is what matters. As to 'evidence,' the bar was set so low that the word itself almost didn't apply."
There is a complex interplay between an act's possible consequences, evidence, and the probabilities involved. And sometimes, of course, the probability justifying action of some sort is even less than 1 percent. Vaccines are routinely given, for example, even for diseases whose risk of being contracted is much less than 1 percent.
That being granted, the simplistic doctrine of "if at least 1 percent, then act" is especially frightening in international conflicts, not least because the number of threats misconstrued (by someone or other) to meet the 1 percent threshold is huge and the consequences of military action are so terrible and irrevocable.
Batfleck said:He has the power to wipe out the entire human race.
If there is even a 1% chance that he is our enemy, we have to take it as an absolute certainty.
sorry if this has already been brought up...
but, does anyone else think that it's a bit.. interesting, that Batman believes in the Cheney Doctrine? otherwise known as the One Per Cent Doctrine, as coined by Suskind?

This is what Batman says about Superman in the trailer:
This is a really interesting choice, and not one I would have expected, but this is no coincidence. Also, the rationale is quite flawed (read the linked piece, it's short but gets to the point). basically Batfleck is a hardcore neocon, if this is how he thinks.
Doesn't help that Thor has been so boring since the first movie. He basically had all character development done then and there.Hemsworth is corny and when he's up with that avengers cast its so apparent that he's the weakest performer of the bunch
Like I would literally rank him last place in that whole crew and it shows big time. God forbid he interacts with rdj and ruffalo. It really shows there especially
Gonna be interesting to see how Thor 3 pans out with hulk along for the ride

Also the Avengers cast is pretty damn good so him ranking last ain't really that bad...
Wait, shit. Aaron Taylor-Johnson was temporarily a part of that cast and he's a charisma black hole. Damn, Disco, Hemsworth in last place is cold.
NeoGAF is saying otherwise would fit better I think.
Ah yeah. I agree with you then.i forgot about those twins. mainly talking the whole avengers 1 crew.
ruffalo >= sam jackson > rdj > renner = johannson >>>>>>> hemsworth. but yeah lmao that kick ass kid is prolly worse than hemsworth. i liked him in black hat and rush at least.
