Batman v Superman Spoiler Thread: Don't believe everything you read, Son

I don't want a non-teaser where we just see a red streak though! I wanna see Miller in a suit!
Double confirmed. It seems all you think you know from the movie comes from that leaked plot of years ago, forget it.
You seem to be a man in the know, I've heard rumours that we get fly-by shots and a complete JLA roster by the end of the movie. Does this have any weight?
Unconfirmed and unlikely. At least 1 JL member is not his hero persona by the end of the movie (Cyborg) and one is MIA (Green Lantern).

He's in one of the Knightmares. He gives Bruce a message.

Seems like there's a opening credits montage a la Watchmen, but no closing one or after credits scene.

Snyder doesn't like post-credits sequences, so I'm doubting there's gonna be one here.

It sorta seems that as of right now, Star Wars and DCEU are gonna forgo that whole thing.

Boxofficez confirms the dead superman comes from the Knightmare

Wasn't he the same guy who claimed to have seen The Force Awakens right before launch, but actually didn't. Someone on that forum was saying Luke was all over the movie and had epic fight scenes, etc.

It's going to be really fucking silly if the Knightmare sequence isn't induced and it's literally Bruce tossing and turning in his bed.

He's the guy who actually saw it, that's where his credibility comes from.

Why would Bruce having a normal nightmare involve a future wasteland with the omega symbol carved onto the ground? Is he prophetic? :)

Looks like someone from China said it's Zack Snyder's best work, though the person did not see the Dawn of the Dead remake:

Ha! This is why lurking/scanning forums for reliable reactions is kind of a fat waste of time. Just like 98% of all reddit spoilers from early screenings are total horseshit.

Anyone gonna call that dude out for bullshitting?

Do you have an account on the BO forums? I bet you have one ;)

So that leaves us with Mr. V. He still really liked the movie, which is cool.

Welp that sucks, he's more or less the one people are betting on, and our own Mr. V of course.

Yea based on his lies about Star Wars, I won't believe anything he posts.

Here he said Snoke looked like the Collider stuff, Rey is a Skywalker, and Luke has a big fight scene at the end:

There are legitimate people out there who have seen it. There are people on the IMDB boards trying to calm down the freak-outs there explaining that it's not in the "Knightmare" scene, but it's not what people are thinking.

One guy said:
Both Superman and WW get taken out by Doomsday (that's the Superman shot), Batman uses his brains to defeat them), and Superman is fine by the end because the sun recharges him.

That's not that crazy to believe, especially as they said The Dark Knight Returns is a big inspiration for them, and that basically happens to Superman in that story.

Ok I think I found the source of that pic I posted.

Of course The Dark Knight would be better.=p

Oh so it's better than Age of Ultron?

I've been hearing good things about Wonder Woman and Lex Luthor.

He also said the quality is in between AOL and winter solider, hmm.

Edit

It's in another twitter picture. Btw.

I usually find impression "scoops" where someone pastes translated snippets from "a friend" in another country to be highly suspect. Especially when said snippets are just generic impressions which could have been written by anyone. :P

I do like him not directly translating the actors name but giving them nicknames that sound similar to the English pronunciations of the names. But then China like to do that.

I do wonder if he type and translate the message himself since the English translation sucks but got the message across.

To be fair he has given out spoilers that we didn't know about.

A spoiler reveals that Batman wins the fight...now I have to see it to believe it!!!

This guy is spoiling everything, from fight scenes to other superhero cameos and such.

I don't understand, in a fight between Superman and Batman, inspired by The Dark Knight Returns, hyped up as the big way where Batman is introduced to a movie audience in this new universe, did anyone actually expect Batman not to "win" the fight? Like really.

Huh. Dude seems to be saying Darkseid actually appears. He's not just hinted at, you see him.

He also seems confused as to what Wonder Woman's real name is.

edit: and considering I just said

Me said:

I'm not too sure about this dude. Hell, I instinctively distrust anyone going into reddit to "share spoilers" and then being like "Well, I'll PM you the juicy ones," because that's very often less about "protecting people" and more about "making it a little easier to lie about what I saw."

He's also saying Lex uses Scoot McNairy's character as a suicide bomb in Superman's senate scene.

He's also confused as to whether Wonder Woman beheads Doomsday, or just tries to behead Doomsday.
