It's not necessarily always about disposable income, sometimes it's about value for money. I don't think a $700 console that isn't exactly in a health place in terms of content, presents itself as good value for money.Agree, as gamers have gotten older (like myself) there are plenty of us with lots of disposable income who can afford pretty much any price for anything we want. I do not think Sony will have a problem selling it at all, even if it were up around $1k. I don't think Sony's target market here is going to be kids who must rely on their parents to buy things for them. If you still live with your parents and are middle age and cannot afford the price then shame on you, you have much bigger problems coming later on in life than the cost of a game console.
