Oh, you mean the slots. later in the game there's a little pub you can play slots in that has a machine like 3 feet away for selling.

Seriously, there should be 4 slot machines.
I wish they would add an actual casino in the DLC... like with poker tables and maybe roulette lol

Fine for me. Played with 3 other randoms online.
Even went to Sanctuary and everything was fine. If there are problems, it must be rare.

When should one start seeing some orange loot, be it via mission rewards or slots/general looting? Story progression wise, I just did the mission wherein
and I'm level 25; yet to see any guns a l'orange .

So here's something odd I've come across...
Twice now in the last two days I've walked through Sanctuary and crossed near the entrance, by Scooter's shop. In that little opening spot, from seemingly nowhere some blood spurts up from the ground and then just hangs around on the ground, eventually dissipating. There isn't a person or anything else around to trigger it, it just seems to be...random ground-blood. This is the PC version by the way.
Has anybody else experienced this? Is it a glitch, or some sort of indication for something?

Something painfully dumb: I'm pretty certain that those crystalisk rocks that break into cash only do so if you melee them whilst the 'press R stick' prompt is up on screen; i.e. you have to have your reticle over accordingly, otherwise you'll just be connecting repeatedly without any breakage. SILLY, YO.

Its annoying when I'm trying to break open junk. Especially the gold crystals. The prompt MUST be shown. Even though I'm right fucking on the thing.

I'd argue that once you hit the last 25% of the story all the "lovable" disappears and he is just a psychopath who needs to be put down.
I saw one real orange playing through both modes. ONE. Don't expect to see them.

Didn't get the memo regarding the 14th Amendment
It just hit me but this game is designed really well as far as the hub city and the areas outside pertaining to missions. There's always stuff to do in the hub city so it doesn't just become some sort of place to go back to to get more side quests and whatnot. I always look forward going back to Sanctuary and taking a break from missions to sell stuff to gamble or to tip Moxxi.
Also, got Moxxi's second favorite gun right around 15k. I tipped her 20k and I'm stopping it there for now until I get a higher level (I'll probably try for her favorite gun when I'm level 30).
Heh. I thought the same thing. I was pretty much thinking to myself that the music shouldn't be as good as it is because I didn't expect it to be. Weird how that works. Game just surpasses my expectations.

I'm level 23 still working on lvl 17 quest
Don't feel bad, the game throws a shit ton of side quests at you, I usually do one 'zone' per block of story quests. They usually go through two or so zones but I find one quest hub zone per story arc is pretty alright, and I just ignore all the trivial missions, although I might stop doing that now since there is a save bug going around.

Who doesn't? Ever since I found out the amount of money I have to pay is related to the money I own I just get rid of it all at the Slots. I'd rather get some Edirium out of it than see it go to waste.

He's such a horrible, horrible person, but so naive that it comes off as funny.
I always keep a Tediore equipped for Second Wind. No recoil, so your accuracy is always perfect when throwing. And huge damage in short periods of time. I fire off a round and then toss. Quick reloads too, unlike Rocket Launchers.
Being able to just hold down both buttons, a slag weapon in one hand and a corrosive smg in the other. Goddamn I love being a zerker. I need the level cap increased, just by 5 Gearbox! I need to able zerk while being downed.
I finally met Michael and he gave me a purple shield. But it sucks. D= My friend wasn't able to get anything from him though after I talked to him and not even get the schievement lol.

Happens to most people. A lot of side quests I was at least 3+ levels higher, but they still had a reasonable challenge.

Do the Tediore reloads use up ammo? Sometimes it looks about right but other times it looks like I'm burning through my ammo more than usual

Just turned the game off. Im level 38 and the shirtless men are such brick fucking walls in true vault hunter mode. I almost broke my controller this is so uncompromisingly difficult. It almost decreases my fondness of the game. Fuck. Shit. Piss.
Anyone know how to take em down. I can't do anything. They take down my turret like its nothing and the buzzards are too powerful also. Jesus Christ I'm almost willing to just move on and quit the game altogether. But dat loot

It's an echo device on the ground of the 2nd floor next to the vendor. Or maybe I'm thinking of a different mission.
When I used a Tediore rocket launcher, I'm pretty sure my ammo was being used up. I didn't really check after that because I hate tediore guns.
