You can, it just comes off as dickish. Dunno, I guess some people think it makes them look cool when they dislike what other people like, carry on if it makes you feel better about yourself....
 
I need to know 2 important things.
1: Does the game run 60fps on base PS4
2: Is there a Favorite and Trash marker?
For some baffling reason they removed the X trash marker making weapon management a real chore in BL TPS.

It is 30fps on base console! For the other question, I don't know :/

Borderlands 3 reviews hit the internet this morning, but only at a select few websites, thanks to a bizarre scenario that publisher 2K says is in place because of security concerns.

This will be the first Borderlands that I don't buy. After playing the second one in VR I have no motivation to play this on a flat screen, even though it looks great.

This, they always do well for them, and I personally really enjoy them. Too many devs now a days want to change their game to cater to the people who wouldn't buy it anyway and lose the vision of the game or do dumb stuff and the game duds, or worse the devs are gone, or maybe even a whole studio.

I am patiently waiting for Friday. I give no fucks about lame Youtubers who didn't get review copies. It's a dated stupid thing to begin with, and I have avoided learning much of anything about the game so fresh eyes going in!
 
I had this preordered but I cancelled. It just seems like the type of game that I'll be able to pick up for $25 or $30 on Black Friday. My backlog is so big I probably wouldn't get it it till then anyways.

I'm going to watch to see how the reception of the settles in 6 months. 2 was such a great mix of things, but the fact that ptxhford drove lead designer away, very few of that game's talent remain, and gearbox's reputation for scrooge-tier penny pinching has me wondering what kind of talent they were able to attract.

However, it is always much easier to make a knockoff than something that pushes things forward, i think this game will do at least as well as pre-sequel.

Basically diablo with gun and more of it.
I don't care even if i play as gender neutral gay helicopter. I mute the sound anyway and listen to a podcast if i am grinding. Lootgames are the shit

He is the most in depth reviewer out there, his reviews are always 30-40 minutes long and he generally makes sure he sees the majority of the content available. He is honest too, like with Gears 5 he says he isn't the best person to ask about multiplayer for that game and only skims over that topic.

He isn't entitled, just informing his viewers what is happening and letting them know to be cautious, because, yeah, it is weird that 2K are selecting their reviewers. Maybe it's the sites with the biggest ad revenue for all we know. I don't visit games media sites so have no idea if they have huge BL3 banners etc. If they do, then you should be even more cautious.

What I am trying to say that his reviews are so in depth at analysing game mechanics and what works and what doesn't, there is true value to his coverage. He loves looter shooter games and it's just really weird and fishy that he isn't getting a copy. Ralph and AVG are probably the most important reviewers to me.

But he did say that he is excited for BL3 after playing it at E3.

For me personally, I'm still waiting for the player reviews. Everything about BL3 looks great, but I'm still hesitant. I loved BL1 but not so much BL2.

As was suggested above, I would think SkillUp is likely not getting a copy because he and his brother mercilessly mocked the CEO of Gearbox for a number of things. They (Layman Gaming) had very positive impressions when they saw a preview of the game, though.

Could be very true, but you'd think they'd still want as much positive buzz out there if you are confident about your game.

Also, pc gamer reviewer is a decently argued review. In short: if you aren't a fan of literal poop humour, out of date memes, and writing aimed squarely at teens, then the game rests on the gameplay, and for that writer it was a 6/10 experience. There was zero mention of politics in the review.

Of course the comments were filled with angry nerds raging about a game they haven't played yet, lol.
