Idk, i'm currently playing Borderlands 3 and i enjoy it very much, is the loot better in 4 than 3?Wholly agree! Borderlands 4 is legitimately 20x better than 3 in every single way.

There are some audio options to adjust gun sounds. I've trimmed them down so I dont annoy the house as much.Oh man, as a big fan of when guns sound powerful and with a good bass, this shit is weak as hell. Maybe later guns will have some oomph to them sound wise but the starting guns sound weak as fuck.
Holy Heck! How did I miss this? This would have been good to know back when I started. It's also good to know now! Thanks.Just found out to get rid of them and had to find your post again.
On PC: mark the weapons with right click and select bank. Then hold V and it'll send those fuckers away.
The default deadzone for controllers are 25%...i bet those guys never played a game with controller in their entire life. I always going into settings first in every game, but it was shocking lolXSX.
Shockingly poor default control settings. Seriously, beggars belief.
New movement options are great.
Thumb sore from hitting x to open all the containers - a truly borderlands experience.
Performance is all over the place, and fairy poor in large open areas. Disappointing, otherwise this could be quite a good offering!
There are? I can't find them, da fuck? There are some audio options to adjust gun sounds. I've trimmed them down so I dont annoy the house as much.
On PC anyway. I keep forgetting people have consoles and I don't know if they have any options at all. There are? I can't find them, da fuck?
There actually are a lot of options to reduce certain sounds so that it's better for people with Tinnitus, which is definitely not a bad thing that they added that. Sadly I don't see any setting to improve bass for guns. For some reason they sound extremely weak and tinny, this is while the big ships in the prologue did provide a strong bass.On PC anyway. I mean, I don't hate 3, I just really really like 4. It is definitely different. Legendaries are super rare again, which makes me happy because my one big gripe is as that they were too common in 3. Felt like it took away the joy of finding one to me, but farming bosses is easy in 4. It feels like each gun can be good depending on build in 4 as well. If you are enjoying 3 a lot, I can assure you that you will have a great time in 4.Idk, i'm currently playing Borderlands 3 and i enjoy it very much, is the loot better in 4 than 3?
There were only pc versions sent out for review. How could they call out ps5 performance?I'm really enjoying it, just a pity about the performance.
Really, *really* poor that very few reviews called out PS5 performance.

The more you play, the more fun and addicting it gets. More skills, more weapons, more loot. Everything gets betterThe world feels massive, and I really like the way it's designed. It actually reminds me a bit of Far Cry. I do wish there were more interiors to explore, but I'm still early on, so that might change. The vehicle is also a lot of fun to use. The game started off a little bland, but it's definitely growing on me now
The game really doesn't feel harder than previous games at all for now (on hard), not sure what the fuck people are doing...if anything the added mobility make things a bit easier.
I saw cohh playing it and ignoring elements and weaknesess and i wanted to scream at the screen![]()
Unlike you, I'm glad they finally added trees, grass, and blue water! I was burnt out from all the brown in the previous games. How did you like BL3? The environments were just as diverse as in BL4.man, i dont know you guys but all this grass make the game feel generic to me, i m already missing the "Mad Max" vibe of Pandora, all this green just dont feel like Borderlands.
Also, why they removed Borderlands 3 holo menu ? it was so much nicer implementation
Bingo. It's memory leak for sure.PS5 Pro, 60fps for the first 30 minutes - then starts chugging down to sub 30fps. A restart every 30 minutes solves it. Memory leak issue most likely.
how can you do it ? i m having headache by the narrow fov of console, imagine playing this at 30 fpsI'm going with quality mode and SDR on Xbox, it just looks way, way better than performance mode and I got used to the 30fps pretty quickly. The fuzzy visuals especially in big areas bothers me too much in performance mode.
Here is a video of me showcasing the memory leak, stuttering and lower fps after about an hour of play on PS5 Pro. I fix it by quiting out and continuing. Where can I make a support ticket at the official site? I already used the issue tracker.
all environments in BL3 are kind "dreadful" ( dont know if that is the right word ), Pandora is a wasteland, Promethea a warzone, Eden - 6 a swamp, Nekrotofeyo a dead planet and Athena was the only planet that was more "colorful", in all those locations you can almost feel how difficult must be life in there. I like the old aesthetic of Borderlands, this new planet is supposed to be a "prison", its just too colorful and vibrant ( at least this initial area ), it doesnt fit its own theme imo.Unlike you, I'm glad they finally added trees, grass, and blue water! Yeah, I know what you mean. The scenery doesn't really fit with the lore. Borderlands DLCs always have crazy-looking maps, and that's exactly how BL4 feels to me. The game feels like a beach party and I don't give a damn, I just go with the flow. That's part of the fun for me: never knowing what kind of situation you'll end up in, or what new, insane location you'll stumble across. Borderlands is all about deserts and wastelands, sure, but it's also super diverse and wild with its themes. You can tell the devs had fun messing around, designing all kinds of scenery. Also what are the psychos doing in Kairos ? idk, its just this feeling of oddity, also this grass is one of the worse looking grass in video game, its so distractful

I get you too, but Kairos is supposedly a prison, but It dosent look like one, If i drop into this planet i ll think that everything is just fine, the world dosent fit the theme at all and thats is my biggest turn off.Yeah, I know what you mean. Yea, the menu's are no good, almost horrible. Not controller friendly either. They need to redo it.Edit: and the menus, why they did what they did is beyond me, Borderlands 3 menus were almost perfect, this one is awfull.
Maybe the holo menu was hitting performance too hard? Not sure ... it's already pretty sketchy XDI get you too, but Kairos is supposedly a prison, but It dosent look like one, If i drop into this planet i ll think that everything is just fine, the world dosent fit the theme at all and thats is my biggest turn off.
But everything else is great, only the world building was a letdown for me.

i've seen multiple vehicles to get but I'm not sure yet about upgrades. Two questions....
Are speeders the only vehicles in this? No cars, buggies?
Best way to get tokens to upgrade SDU stuff?
If anyone would be so kind…
I'm curious about this one…
How's the exploration? Dungeons? Side activities? Rewards for such etc?
I'd play solo.
In a perfect world I'd like to get Silent Hill, Cronos, This, but I can only get two due to
Time/money, so curious how this one is shaping out on the above mentioned fronts.
Yeah in the vehicle selection you can even view the locked ones but they are all speeders it seems.i've seen multiple vehicles to get but I'm not sure yet about upgrades.
The bikes are best for this world anyway. skinny. Lots of stuff in the environment to block your path but also lots of spaces to squeeze the bikes through.Yeah in the vehicle selection you can even view the locked ones but they are all speeders it seems.
To get SDU tokens you need to complete the small missions that are marked on the map. Claiming travel points, controlling horde points etc.Two questions....

A controller with back paddles pays for itself in games like this. 1st thing I did was map square to a paddle!XSX.

Square? What kind of foreign muck is this?A controller with back paddles pays for itself in games like this. 1st thing I did was map square to a paddle!
Am I the only one that misses being able to hop out of your buggy, do some shit, then find your buggy again and continue?Yeah in the vehicle selection you can even view the locked ones but they are all speeders it seems.
Haha. All previous BL games I've had on Xbox but hoping getting it for the Pro will pay off at some pointSquare? What kind of foreign muck is this?![]()
Ohh so they are only esthetics, my badYeah in the vehicle selection you can even view the locked ones but they are all speeders it seems.

They're everywhere. It's to encourage you to complete the activities in each zone.

I'm not a fan of this vehicle disappearing when you exit, and then being reconstructed at any time right below you.
