Mike = Future Walt theory confirmed!

Awesome!

Put some anti-aliasing glitches in there as well to make it more legit.

Foprget the kid and the berries.

I keep going back to the fact that Walter killed the only woman Jesse ever loved. You can call it inaction, but it was murder. Plain and simple. He felt Jesse would be better off without her and he watched her die. All he had to do was roll her over with his foot. Wouldn't even have had to touch her, and she'd have survived.

Walter is going to verbally stumble at some point. And then it will get real.

I hear Mike and that shot would have a dub from one or both of them anyway. If they tried to make it sound like mike, might as well be mike.

I can't think of any other place on the show Walt sounds like Mike,

nah it's not "plain and simple". Also he loves andrea!

Inaction is murder?

Not saying that Walt is not at fault there, but these are the statements that make this show so compelling. I know this has been argued countless times here, but did Walt tip her onto her back or did he move Jesse then Jesse moved her?

Except....that's not murder. You're not required at any point to save anyone in any situation.

I also thought it was Mike but didn't really even pay attention to it because of the intensity of the suspense.

Rules and laws about the facts and morality of murder vary. And the perspective varies from person to person. But if I did what Walt did, I would know as surely as Michelle Bachman has a crazy stare, that I was guilty of opportunistically murdering her. And that I stood and watched to make sure she died.

She died as a consequence of doing too much heroine.

i never said rolling over killed her. i answered the question about how she rolled onto her back allowing her to choke on her vomit. yes, it was her fault for being a junkie.

This is OT but I'm going through BB withdrawals and I watched the 1st 4 episodes of Oz. It's a good show but I'm not sure if I want to continue because it's so fucking depressing. Watching it just bums me out.

Maybe Season 5 will begin with Mike waking up a few months later out of a coma, his journey back to America, and then his realization that everything has changed. We could learn about what Walt and Jesse have been up to through Mike's perspective.

That would be a cool way to begin a season.

That would be awesome.

Also, the camera could pull back and one of Mike's first lines could be voiced by Walt.

Oh, whatever.

LOL.

Big deal, right? He's barely a character on the show, right? Oh hang on, the cover to every single season Blu Ray so far is saying -- oh, he's on all of them? So he's important?

Hm.

Seems like an inappropriate "Whatever" then....

Walt definitely killed Jane. She only choked because Walt shook her off Jesse. Then he saw her choking and made a clear decision not to help her because it would be more convenient for him if she died.

Jesse is going to find out in Season 5 somehow. This show doesn't forget big things.

Woosh? It's not about him, it's about their relationship. "I loved her" was such an eye-roll moment.

The first episode of next season is going to have a scene like this.

Walt: "I killed Gus. It's over."
Mike: "You don't get it, do you Walter?"

and also one like this.

Hank: "Hey, Walt, we need to talk."
*Walt takes off in car, never goes home*

We should watch all the happy Walt episodes because in Season 5 everything's going to fall apart for the poor guy.

From watching this show I've learned that every shot, every character, and every scene play an important part in the story line. That scene where he fiddles with his pocket has got to mean that he was going for that ricin cigarette. Like I said, I could be completely wrong here, but to me it's the only logical conclusion.

Either Saul's guy lifted it, or it's gonna be coming back for Mr. White in a bad bad way.

She only choked because she took "one more big hit". If she doesn't shoot up, she doesn't choke on her own puke when she rolls over.

(Oops, double post...)

Just caught up on this series in the last couple of days. I was dubious about its quality at first (the pilot left me feeling underwhelmed) but damn, how amazing was this season. Love the implosiveness of Jesse/Walter relationship. Jesse was really right when he said "We're the bad guys." It was also interesting to see Skyler's involvement in Walter's criminal life, she adapted to it remarkably well. I'm interested to know what the fallout of the Beneke plot will be, I hope they don't just drop that.

Eh? The Beneke plot is pretty thoroughly wrapped up. He's dead, in a way that looks like an accident, and he paid up the IRS before he died. What's left to deal with there?
