The people I were getting complaints from were just having larger problems with some of the threads on Gaming side. Probably too big of a problem, I'm since learnt, so no worries anymore.

I have reconnected with friends who I havent talked to in a few years thanks to how easily I can contact them on Facebook. It's worth keeping the big network of people, never know when it will come I handy to have easy access to someone's contact details.
I literally only use Facebook for its messaging service now though - if I ever updated my status I would probably want less people to be able to see that

but he was already dead, it already happened, they couldn't change that. I don't think Gisele should have died but it kind of made sense with what happens in Tokyo Drift. In my opinion it was the worst film of the series, I didn't like Lucas Black in it and I hope he's not in 7 much if at all.
If they just concentrate on Statham getting revenge for his brother's death I think it could be good.

I just seem to get invited out like once a month for a piss up, twice if there's something happening. Other than that, I spend most week nights alone playing video games (there's only so much of that before I go insane - I also need new music, I've listened to the 100 playlists I have so many times) or watching random shit on netflix.
I've started going to bed at like 10, purely because I just can't cut it any more - I am doing nothing after work and it just kills my energy, I used to be out every night till like midnight and then home, sleep, up at 6 - work - do something straight from work, eat and go back out - I did that for like 3 years straight and now I'm just sat at home all the time. I'm not asking for the same to happen again, but just like more than one night or day.
I'm actually finding it really funny still, I went through a stage a few years back of hammering lots of programs like Scrubs, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory - watching non-stop for days - I don't know how I do it, and it probably explains quite a lot about me lol

Unless we are very similar, I've done the same with many shows, so that isn't anything to feel guilty about.
I too suggest the gym. Fitness, massive gains, and a boost in self esteem thrown in.

I'm signing up to the gym this pay day, I need to become fitter. I put on quite a bit of weight whilst in my last relationship. The people in my office life really far away, they all travel like an hour away so when they finish work they travel home. I haven't really spoken to many other people as I'm one of the youngest there and there's hardly any around my age.
I used to hang out with people who didn't have jobs and saw them often and now they all have jobs and are exhausted by the time they finish. Other than that I spent most my time with my ex, we didn't get up to much but it was more social that being alone and I felt like I had a lot more independence at the time due to cooking for us and pretty much living like I had moved out.
Yeah, I nearly finished season one of arrested development today. I went over my best friends house to play some video games, made a small fire and just chatted really - which was quite nice. I find just having someone to physically talk to even if you're doing the same shit you'd do alone better as I feel less lonely I guess.
I've moaned about my job before on gaf. Run a small store in a nasty area. Lots of crime. Single cover working. Stressing me out to all hell.
had a shoplifter last night who attacked me after I confronted him. I had already recovered the wine he attempted to steal, and as he went for me, I smashed the bottle into his face. Broke his jaw, apparently.
either way, he was on bail for GBH apparently, so he's locked up now.
this morning I had a mouthy cunt in who started throwing stock off shelves, and kicking my displays over. I fucking lost it. Punched him full strength in the face and knocked him out cold. He must have hurt himself on the floor, because there was blood everywhere. Called the police, they took him away. Got sent home, signed off for two weeks due to stress
I need to sort this shit out. Jobs not for me. At all.

With a seven month old daughter and house to support, I'm stuck. Would have left a long time ago otherwise.

Ha, that's not bad advice, I have anxiety issues and worked in a pub kitchen in town. They got let down by one of their bar stuff on st Patrick's day and I filled in for them. Baptism by fire for sure but I went on to work behind the bar for another year and really enjoyed it. I found it was one of those positions where you're just too busy to think of freaking out.
Really sorry to hear that man. That's crazy to get that much abuse in under 24 hours! It's no wonder you reacted as you did.

Yeah, that's what my area manager understands. Cool guy, but his hands are tied by head office. No extra hours or security at all - our cctv system broke last year, and they refused to fix it. Eventually I just said fuck it and put in a new set up myself using some old monitors and a few BNC converters I wired up and placed inside.
but obviously if im still getting attacked and abused, then what's the point. My deputy manager had his ribs broken last year too, and I've had a female member of staff punched and dragged over the counter during a theft.
constantly on edge, scared, and who fucking blames me if I end up retaliating? I've ended up sending four assholes to hospital after defending myself, and sooner or later I'm going to get fucked up myself or stabbed. I can't win every fight.

I have a horrendous sense of pride that makes me determined to support myself financially no matter what.
I would move into my parents house if need be. Only a matter of time until I get a good few hundred thousand in inheritance anyhow, as long as my grandparents remember I exist. That'll help us.
