Don't see why not. Although it's better to be used as a supplement than a primary source for dating, so you don't get those feels during droughts.

Green Scar: OKC is just a social network of sorts at the end of the day, I guess. I primarily use it to make new friends when others have moved away etc. You can quickly find people of similar interests and so on.

Treat it as a social tool, not a way to find love or whatever. That shot blossoms face to face. If you can hold that in mind, by all means join OKC.

No, no, no. Not Facebook-style of social network. Literally, a network for the purposes of meeting others to socialise with. A dating site. You find profiles you like, you private message, you arrange a meet/date.

I described it as a social network because the stigma you (and many others) impose on it is childish.

I truly find the idea ridiculous. It's silly and, yes, childish. I don't need you to tell me that! There's nothing wrong with things like OKC; why would I contemplate their usefulness if I thought otherwise?

I was trying to shame your sense of machismo into stopping the bush beating and just going ahead and joining OKC so you could score hot chicks who may be secret scat fetishists. It obviously didn't come across as playful as I had intended (as I'll admit what I say often doesn't) and that's my bad.

But you're still the thread racist so this apology might be only a formality for the benefit of the others.

I appreciate the sentiment- however, the "fuck you, I'm gonna prove you wrong!" mentality just ain't mine. Or at least it never kicks in during Intrrnet debate, and you'd have to be really skilled at shaming me to bring it forth in person.

It's a trait I could probably use, but I'm just likely to get offended for the time being. You weren't to know that, of course, so it's all cool.

And yes, I'm still illegal amounts of racist.

Morning all, have any of you ever been part of an employment tribunal hearing? I'm being called as a witness due to my part in the dismissal of an employee (specifically I was the investigating member of staff) and wouldn't mind knowing what to expect! Ta x
