Live in Japan so I can simply go next door to the convenience store to grab cards and message codes. Nintendo is region locked and I'm dying to play Fire Emblem Fates/Pokken. Buying a vita today or tomorrow so would like to grab some digital games from NA since I get physical Japanese ones.

Would simply buy them online here in Japan but the mark up is crazy. Losing the equivalent of $30 on PSN cards here, and $40 on eShop.

Usually have someone for this (Thanks Shun) but don't want him to break the bank alone each month when a new game comes out.

Let me know if anyone is interested.
