This thing is literally the phone that I used as a child! My mother came to visit me this weekend and brought this to show me. I can't believe she has kept it all these years. I don't know if it still works, but I don't see why it wouldn't. It worked the entire time I owned it and my parents kept it around.
It's in really great shape, especially the buttons, considering this thing is 25 years old! This is a pretty darn cool thing if you're a collector!

Do you mind giving a little more detail behind your feedback? Was it a matter of you paying and then him taking a while to send you the code? If so, how long had it been?
Don't get me wrong, I have no problem recording Neutral feedback for anyone, no matter who it is. That being said, we take Neutral feedback very seriously, so it's always nice to know as much detail as possible.
Do you know the details behind the transaction? Again, all I'm asking is for more information. I don't feel like that's unreasonable.
Update: Heard back from oti xero via PM and he further explained the situation. He paid BernardoOne for a code and was told he would be sent the code within 12 hours. After 24 hours and multiple unanswered PMs, he received a notice from PayPal that he had received a refund for his money. He received messages again and Bernardo still did not respond, even though he had been active.
As such, due to the lack of communication, my opinion is that the Neutral feedback should stay. It'll be updated once we slog through the feedback to get to this point.

It is on Oxygen 2.1.1, factory unlocked, it is not rooted and is in perfect condition. There are no scratches on the device.
