FYI - DS3 is $20 at GS starting today. You can just trade in all those games and walk out the door with a copy of DS3 and a couple of dollars to spare.

I dont care about the fees. I would NEVER ask a buyer to pay them. its not like it is a huge chunk of cash. Just a few bucks for using there services. I refuse to buy from people who make/ insist the buy pays the fees.

As far as a price goes, just start taking best offers in my opinion.

One of the things you should start to figure out too is the actual shipping costs for such an item.

Local pick up will probably be your best option.
