anyone know the best way to get a refund on paypal? I bought something, didn't realize it was shipping from china and what I got is significantly different than what I ordered. (Coat for my wife) I don't wanna get stuck with shipping charges to return it to china.

My brother is selling his PC. Lives in NYC. Someone local to the area would probably be better.

Its the same model of PC that i currently own, except i upgraded my gpu and psu. The MOBO is not very flexible since these are those custom asus made. But i was able to fit, without a problem a gtx 1080 ftw. Even with the 970 the pc is solid and i was able to run most games on higher settings.

Its a really quiet PC, and it has tons of USB and sd card readers on the front, as well as on the back.

Its a really nice computer. PC is just a year old and is selling it and will be replacing it with a laptop + consoles. Asking for $1,000 OBO. Computer is in excellent condition. Shopping around i think i saw the same tower for $1,100+ and some in rougher conditions for $800. Cost when purchased was around $1,500.

How does this all work? Is there a guide? I rarely shop at Target, so i don't know about wish list or cartwheel.

You load offers onto your account. You can either print out a barcode for them to scan or use the cartwheel app on your phone to generate the barcode.

The cartwheel offer should pop up for you to load probably on the 24th itself.

For the wishlist:

Download and install the Target Kids' Wish List App for iOS or Android for Free
Open the app, sign-in and a one time 10% Off coupon should be available that may be applied to the purchase
