So what's the verdict on what console to get it for people who own both X1 and PS4 (excluding friends playing on one heavily)? Is the PS4 version crisper? Or does the fact that X1 will get DLC earlier mean people should consider that as the main console for AW?

First COD in forever that I'm actually interested in playing.

My 'problem' is that all of the elements that intrigue me are basically ripped right out of Titan Fall.

I played the HELL out of Titan Fall (one of my top 3 games of the year, easily), so I'm worried that this COD is going to feel really familiar, even if it's the freshest COD in years.

I'm pretty sure advance warfare was being developed since 2011.

The rest of the game will DL in the background. over the game go options...Info it will tell you how much has been Downloaded. The first bit is just so you can boot the game while you start to play when it is released.

I think you answered you own questions. PS4 will be slightly "crisper" and One will get DLC sooner. It's really your Call of Duty at this point.

From what i've seen, the PS4 version looks better and cleaner.
But hopefully there will be a DF article day one.

I'll probably hate this game in 2 weeks but the digital pro version was $30 cheaper than in retail stores so I'll just return my delivered copy tomorrow. Says also its playable at 10pm my time so I'll get a couple games in before bed to test it.

I believe it's been said that the PS4 version is 1080p while the Xbox One version is 900p, but besides that, I don't think anyone has mentioned any overtly discernible differences yet.

Minimum XboxOne resolution is 1360x1080, and dynamically scales from there to full 1080p. That’s over 50% increase from last year. Advanced Warfare runs native 1080p on PS4.

Both running at rock solid 60fps.

Dude, give it up. I will never agree that modes and maps should be taken out of games and sold separately, especially for the price of another full fuckin' game. I've held this opinion since horse armor, why would I change now that's it's gotten even worse.

There is a full co-op mode in the retail game; this is not exactly like Activision/SHGames took the Zombie mode and left the game with only SP and MP.

I haven't tried the Xbox One version but i can tell you the PS4 version looks and runs great, really crisp and smooth.

Well this sucks, on ps4 you always do the fast reload so you lose all the remaining ammo in the clip...

On 360 you do a slower reload but keep the ammo and double click reload for the fast one..

Only populated game mode is Death-Match, every other mode is a waiting game to find the minimum amount of players to start the bloody match.
