Anyone else noticed this bug that you get transported when using a predator missile? I can be on the other side of the Estate map and fire away a predator missile against a house and when it goes out of the track view I'm suddenly standing outside the house magically. What the hell?

Oh man, nothing rages me more than that. I swear I'll check my back, sides, all around to make sure nobody's around. Drop the care package grenade and fuck me, somebody takes me out. Being on the receiving end of a tele-warp commando knife isn't much fun either. Playing TDM on Scrapyard last night and there's one wrecked plane where someone can get inside and stay there crouched.
I saw someone in there, and started towards him firing my MP5-K. I'm looking at him, in the crouched stance, on one knee, slide about ten feet towards me for the commando kill. It looked like something out of a comedy or something. As if he were an action figure/toy soldier and someone grabbed him and slid him forward.
Been on the bad side of that too. It's frustrating...I'm not sure how those that run Emergency Airdops do it - it's gotta be like 4x the rage when they get taken out :lol Lately, I've been tracking Care Packages - it's is pretty much an obvious tell on where the location of the person is. I might not kill them before they snag their crate, but there's always a pretty good chance I will get that kill (people don't seem to expect that they are being tracked).fps fanatic said:

That's pretty much what FFA is now that there isn't much glitching. There's like one chopper per match. It's probably my favorite game mode when people take it seriously (if they just run around like madmen the match just turns into this big circular hunt and nobody gets a decent KD), more people should check it out!HooCares said:

I miss the days when a chopper meant something. It was a constant threat and took skill with the rpg to take out. There was a real interaction with the chopper because there was no easy way out of it.
Now choppers are just tools to take out bad players or people that haven't gotten cold blooded yet.
IW should have gotten the hint that they were going overboard with the killstreaks the day they decided the only way to balance them out was to add a perk that essentially makes them nothing more than noise makers and to add rocket launchers that aim for you.

I love all the hate for noobtoobs. There's nothing better than walking into a match with a Danger Close Pro setup and completely wrecking some dumb clan's shit for the night. RPG headshots followed by Chopper Gunners on steroids=lulz and many angry messages.
People take this game way too seriously, I gave that up way back in the Counter Strike days. Just have fun, for all the bullshit deaths you get you give out bullshit kills too.

I've actually been doing that, running with EAD. You get some nice xp points for sharing stuff like the stealth bomber, chopper gunner, etc. I'm trying to level up kind of quick to second Prestige and just work on gun challenges and figured in TDM that EAD was a quick way.mr_boo said:

Most equipment I use is frag grenades, semtex, claymores. Once in a while the throwing knife. Any equipment people here never use/have used?
Is anybody but me feeling like the matchmaking, ping-wise, on 360 got worse after the big MS server crash the other day? I swear I haven't gotten into a decent game since then; there's always a guy slideshowing around when that used to be pretty rare for me and at least half the opponents take double the bullets due to the lag. It's getting kinda old already. :/

You should give Insertions a shot, they can be pretty hilarious! Doesn't even matter what game mode you play; if you know you've stumbled on a flank on the enemy spawn, just put one down and be the most annoying bastard ever. Just plant an insertion and then suicide rush in there, get 2 kills, die and do it again until your team wins. :lolfps fanatic said:

Does the matchmaking put you in with players of similar rank? kd? etc or is it totally random?
Every fricken game at least half the players are 4+ prestige and the rest are all 1-2 prestige, only occasionally do i get a few guys on 20-40 original rank. I know this is more likely as time goes on as new players are rarer and older ones rank up but this was extreme. I can't compete with guys who have sunk 10+ days into this thing.
