Ok someone help me understand the ACOG in MW2. Instead of your scope being magnified, your entire screen is magnified about 1.5-2x(as far as I can tell). That's my guess after looking at some videos. Is that the right assessment or am I wrong? Just wondernig because it would be pointless to use the ACOG if you didn't get any magnification over the Holographic sight or red dot.

Nukes simply won't happen very often at all. If one out of every 20 games (and that's a very generous percentage) ends earlier than the predetermined end time thanks to a nuke... so what?

1) GETTING 25 kills takes a good chunk of time to begin with. So it's not like the match will end 2 minutes in.
2) If someone on the opposing team has a 25 kill streak, odds are strongly in favor of them being way up. In which case setting off the nuke is like a mercy kill.
3) I've played 8 hours of MP and haven't encountered one.

Well, if you are having that good of a game would you want to end it? Not sure if I would.

Get the 360 version. And for the record, I like the PS3 more than the 360, and I'm still recommending the 360 version. I prefer the 360 controller with this type of game.

Question,

I read that PS3 version has NO install, yet the 360 version CAN be installed.

Anyone know if theres loading differences between the PS3 version and the installed 360 version?

I ask because even though i have all previous CODs on 360, I bought a PS3 Slim recently and I just wanna move my gaming over to the PS3, since multiplatform ports are becoming almost identical.

Here's the thing, I rarely play online. I want to know loading and performance differneces because I'll be playing mostly offline single palyer and spec ops.

I cant believe no website has commented on performance differences. I hope its because there are none.
