However, I get a large majority of my kills because I can hear clearly where the opponent is. I flank a lot though so I know my teammates aren't around and the footsteps have to be the enemy.
Sitrep can be helpful if you're not used to looking for enemy equipment (or just to be safe). Steady Aim is probably good with the shotguns, but I haven't tried it yet, and most of them have good hip-fire anyway.
Stalker Pro might be useful but its non-pro version is generally useless for shotgun classes. Similarly, Marksman (non-pro) might be useful to identify enemies. Dead Silence Pro is also helpful for running wherever you want (including jumping off places without taking damage).
I agree. I have some px21s and a lot of times during the match I'll stop if I think I heard an enemy soldier around. It's especially useful for those rambo guys who aren't being picked up by UAV and think they can run freely.
