If you're low on AP you can just use those 1AP fog fight's on dawning too.

I dont have any MLB soldier except soon to be lindsey.
I did not buy Trystan because Agudara is a much better trystan, so if I cannot get her MLB, I am going to back out.

Yeah. This is the first raid I've ever gotten more than the guaranteed copies. That's a risk. I've enjoyed my trystan so far.

The whole game is relying on RNG.
If I get burn by it, then I move on, but no point buying a mediocre character for a lot of rings when a better character comes around.
Finally, the decision I just found out right now, was based on the assumption that guarantee demon coin pulls would be implemented during her raid, but it seems it would be after hers. So all I can do is save all future extra demon coins and hope for the best and if i don't succeed, I cry and moan then quit.

But DC reset at the end of every raid, most likely the ones in the gift box will be erased as well.
Well, try to get Flaw/Frau at least, slot control helps a lot, even if the default speed is still manageable (you could even get a single copy and stick her in the sub, if you are pressed for rings).
1 for 1, Agudara might be better than trystan, but in case rng is not in your favor, Mlb trystan is better than lb1 agudara.
IMO, Trystan definitely is not mediocre. He's also great at gauntlet.

He isn't but when you don't care much for gauntlet and rings are a limiting resource you pick the best one. I don't think he is worth (mediocre was a strong word) to the cost of acquiring him and I can still compete gauntlet w/o him.
You can save DC in your mailbox thingy.

Well I made it to level 83. I don't think I'll make it to 100 for the premium ticket. It's taking me 3-5 soul now and the event ends tonight, correct?

Well I'm going to call it a day on this demon raid, just over 150, my best performance for one but it was only due to everyone who helped me out so big thanks to Bonkeng, Rixa, TBK, NightDX and Miff for providing me assistance along the way!
Think I'm now going to just save up my prysma until the next event so I can try and pull the event character for the demon. Let me know if one of you Brewery players actually manage to hit level 200. Seems it's almost possible for a F2P player!

And 185 reward is only DC.
I'm focusing on helping others for the DC instead.

Considering I didn't have a ton of time to play, I have to be pretty pleased with how I finished this DR. Going in with a solid Coro, Lv. 60 Lephret, and having pulled Lolleta in the prior week's festival, I was in a pretty decent position to do well in this raid if I received enough of the raid weapon....then they started giving them out like candy. (I sold off at least 3 myself.)
Never really started leveling Zaren, since I planned on putting most of my enhancers into Lolleta (now Lv. 52)....meaning he was never going to out-do LB3 Selene & her bonus mana. I didn't even give him one of my Big Bang drops.
Lv. 101, LB2 demon, +140 FR (with a handful coming from gauntlet / dailies / chain quests).
Thank you to everyone who let me borrow their Brewery for this event; hopefully my LB3 Coro helped some of you out (I picked up 35k AC this week, so someone was using her.)
Sitting at 501 rings, 350 of which are earmarked for MLB Frau.
I've also stacked up a decent amount of Prysma / Premium Tickets for a free player....and have no idea who to throw them at during a rate up:
- Musika?
- Cheery / Aludra?
- 5* archer for the next DR? (Leveling up my LB2 Armilus is my next priority, starting tomorrow.)
- Lilith? (I tried hard for her when she came available....which did at least get me Lephret.)
- ...or just try for any festival with a good chance to provide my 7th CSQ?

I haven't been on jpCC for that long but, wouldn't the whole "DC in the inbox are removed" be related to this quote from a few pages back?
As in, they took them away because they couldn't fix it, so there's still hope.
What's your main team? As much as I love Cheery she doesn't fit most soldier teams, since there are a lot of mana issues that steem from fielding a 2-mana mage (to hell with getting either 3 or 1 purple mana), but she owns in the Colo.
Musica is a great fit but only if you can count on your friends to provide event characters. Her role is having a pocket event-character ready (through her skill, by nearly doubling the stats of a friend's EC) for the hard waves of any given event.
Lilith is too good, but probably best to get on a fest, Holy Capital's characters really don't do much for a soldier team... although you have Lephret, so it isn't that bad.

Even though the current anniversary event in JPCC is pretty dull now, I love the daily quests that are taking place over the entire span of the event.
Never have I had a quest literally fully level me up right after the past one just provided me a level up, lol

Yeah, her skills costs two mana though which is a shame.
Yep, but damn if she doesn't have potential for a massive attack stat. 30% boost when under 80% health and 3% boost per enemy kill.
Edit: At level 60 would have a potential of 16330 attack and at 80 of 20930 attack. Only doable on extremely long stages like the 50 floor dungeons though.
Did like 4 pulls this morning and got yet another Toka. Now she is MLB with 7200 ATK, which is higher then my LB2 Coropatillon. Don't underestimate the power of some of these 4* MLB arcana
The demon raid was disappointing for me thou, didn't pull any extra demons Super unlucky I guess. Will keep one copy of her for the kizuna ability thou.

My "main" team would probably be LB3 Selene, LB3 Coro, MLB Trystan (the F2P triad), and either MLB Melvina or LB0 Arietta, with LB0 Phoena (LB1 if I finish all my CSQs) and LB0 Juliana in sub.
My core party's fine, though some of them need leveling; I'm more focused on finding specialists (and chain stories, to LB Phoena).
I keep working on leveling characters; demon raids or high level (50+) quests are the only time Coro, Selene, and Juliana come out to play now.
I've made weapon diversity a goal, so that I can have a decent party for any DR, which was a boon in last week's raid. Having LB2'd every demo since Coro certainly helps in that department.
-Aludra or Cheery offer a full-screen nuke, and can be key members of wand-based DR teams (to say nothing about PvP modes), especially when paired with my LB0 Filiana.
-Musica would be a cornerstone for a dance team build for future DRs, alongside Frau...plus my 7th CS.
-Lilith would be as good a healer as I can get (having flailed in futility during Mei week), plus A CS.
-Archers or - oddly enough - blade-wielders are the one area where I could use a good 2nd or 3rd option (6k+ attack) for future raid weapons. (Juliana has the Volunteer sword, so she's out of the picture until v.2). An archer whose special shoots multiple, random arrows (like Bliza) could be a poor man's Aludra / Cheery.
- Weaponsmiths are more of a fallback (if/when I don't get the character I want) than a reason to burn tickets at this point.
- My only other goal would be to get a non-Cleric healer (Elemia, Linea, Yona) to build a ranged team around...but that's a secondary goal at best.
Until I can decide on a direction - or there's an offer I can't refuse (e.g. The 5x rate up for a CSQ character like Filiana) - I'm holding on to my tickets...and trying to level the characters I have. Definitely waiting until there's a festival with improved recruitment odds before doing anything.

A thing I noticed with this game is that strong units aren't really needed
to complete the game (play all the stories).
99% of the things we're doing right now is min-maxing a team composition that's just going to be overkill for future content.
I'm saving my tickets until a really unique/fun unit comes around, I don't need "good" units anymore. The only thing I'm lacking right now is a non-soldier party but in the end I don't even think it's a big deal. I don't see how a mage/knight team is going to earn back the resources I have to invest.

No events today. Gotta burn AP on 20ap daily quest again. I want new events, more quests and more story. Demon raids imo too grindy, 90min refill is too fast.
I have stopped farming gauntlet because of demon raids. And its hard to come back. I have 110+ cards in my present box and 90% of them is enhancers. If only I could get prysma in gauntlet more often.

Next raid is Demon of Departed Souls Rasphia with the weapon of choice being a bow.
The great new is I have Zero decent bow users, the only ones being all those previous Demon raid boss which unfortunately for me at all stuck at LB0.

I just wanted to say thanks to the Brewery users on my Friend List, during the last demon raid. I'm sorry I couldn't pull one of my own [I tried ;_;], but using yours definitely help me progress at a great pace. I hope I can be of more assistance in the future!
Speaking of, I'm beginning to wonder whether it's even worse saving certain characters to use their event weapons. The Big Bang during Sapras' event didn't really help much, and I have a lot of S-rank weapons that I've been holding onto. I'm tempted to just put a nice lance on Selene, Mace on Coropatiron, Sword on Sulstan, etc. and calling it a day. it seems like the best way to do great during demon events is to pull those exclusive characters, which is slightly disappointing.

Yep. The difference between a Coro with the big bang and my Coro with a maxed Wild boar was pretty small. I was still 2 soul'ing level 100 just with a friend Brewery and my soldier team. My selene was out damaging Coro with a raid weapon.
Then again, it's not like the current content requires the big ticket items.
True enough, it's just that they're clogging my inventory, haha.
I was kind of waiting until V2 and we get weapon-switching, so at least we'd have the option to change them around should I need to, but Gumi seems to be taking their sweet time. :/

Someone told me that the weapon-switching feature was added in a later update after V2. Can anyone confirm this? He basically said that V2 happened, then Aggdra and then the weapon switching, does anyone know something about it, I'm not sure myself.
Oh, really? That's interesting if true. It kind of makes waiting even more difficult. -_-
Also, now that I have close to enough Fortune Rings for a max LB'd Frau, I don't even know if I even need all of these Arcana Coins I've been hoarding. I was going to use for 3* summons and then sell the arcana for FR, but I'm not so sure it's needed anymore. I have something like...570,000 Arcana Coins. I could always sell the arcana for FR and then buy Stamina/Revival Fruit with them, I guess...

And might as well wait until V2 since they add in the current month's fortune ring character into the draw poll with arcana coins
And fortune rings become valuable when they put in the fortune ring gatcha too ~_~
I guess it never hurts to have Fortune Rings, even though my luck on the gatcha is...well...not good. Only one 5* since starting, and that was because I re-rolled multiple times. ~_~
If I dont remember wrong with my playtime in JPCC. Stam fruits price is greater in V2 (15 / 2). In GCC its 10 / 2.
Tho to use rings for stam fruits is poor decision nowadays, thats why there is HT. I used many Stam Fruits last week (to get my Brew 1-60) and now buy Stams back with HT's. 1200 HT per Stam Fruit.

Free prysma is always good, but something along these lines is just as good every once in a while haha
