Live. Die. Repeat. Repeat.
Even catchier than Edge of Tomorrow.

Was the last Mission Impossible film any use? Was considering getting the Blu Ray but was put off by Simon Pegg.
I wonder if they will go for the ending of the manga. They should.

I don't remember if she dies (watching again right now), but now the sequel can be him trying to save her.

Edge of the Day after Tomorrow
The source material doesn't have a sequel (I think) so...what the hell is this going to be about?
That'd be so fucked up considering how the first one ended

I thought it made back its money and did ok. It made over 370 million world wide
It would crush people's hearts! I love it.
I hope when you walk in to the theater and sit down all comfy with your popcorn the first movie plays.
I haven't read the light novel but if it's like the manga then it has basically no similarity to the movie, except the gimmick and the badass female.
This is how I feel about TLOUI love Edge of Tomorrow and do not want a sequel. It ended perfectly.
Hollywood, smh.
Live. Die. Repeat: YOLO*
What. There was nothing guilty about it! Damned good movie.Joe Shrapnel and Anna Waterhouse have been tapped to write the sequel to Tom Cruise and Doug Limans sci-fi sleeper hit Edge of Tomorrow. The original film, also starring a buffed up Emily Blunt, was a guilty pleasure for many genre fans with its time-bending narrative and stylish chemistry between its two leads. Though a slow opener domestically, it eventually hit $100 million in the U.S.. More importantly, it was a bone fide smash internationally, grossing a further $270 million or so to make the case for a sequel pretty compelling. The original seemed to square up any loose ends pretty efficiently, though, so Shrapnel and Waterhouse will have to be inventive to find a way to get Blunt back in the mix with Cruise. Christopher McQuarrie is attached to direct.
McQuarrie says he isn't directing it, Liman is.
