No. It's because the game didn't sell well. We can debate why it didn't sell well, but it was underperforming by 50% that led to this. EA management only cares about money, and this game didn't make enough.
"You people" should know perfectly well that hate campaigns can't hold a good game down and stop sales. You tried to do it to Hogwarts Legacy. Half the games media refused to cover it and certain forums flat out banned any discussion of it. But it was a great game, players loved it, they told their friends, and it sold like hotcakes. A coordinated hate campaign did nothing to impact its sales.
When was the last time a publisher shut down a studio that made one of the best selling games of the year?

Not buying it and trashing it whenever they could? Paperweight, sluggish combat with awful visuals is not my idea of "objectively" good. They have GREAT art design and enemy encounters, thats about it. Tired repetitive formula also.
Dragon Age has never been my thing but again, im not here calling the devs names and making their personal lives a hellish experience because i dont like the game
Im cool with only playing a select few games a year honestly - and you don't need top of the line visuals for me to like your game.

The sales wouldnt have changed. It was still filled with dogshit writing and lackluster gameplay. No review bombs or comments change that. Youtube videos etc would still have revealed it all, even if loony reviewers didnt.
