Passing over the absurdity of the scene, why that character is so aggressive? If they did this type of scene, why not put in place something to resemble a dialogue and not a angry fit...

Yes, many of us are asking similar questions with regards to all kinds of contexts and bits of this and other woke products. I honestly think the reason has to do with the fact that we are looking at mental illness. Not a political ideology in the strict sense, not a quasi-religion. Not a fad or whatever. The things we hear and read from these people more often than not seem as offputting and awkward as they are because they show severe psychological issues. I don't know who's crazier. The people who think they're something they're clearly not. Or a society that normalizes insanity and mental illness and declares it sane and acceptable.
