Yes, many of us are asking similar questions with regards to all kinds of contexts and bits of this and other woke products. I honestly think the reason has to do with the fact that we are looking at mental illness. Not a political ideology in the strict sense, not a quasi-religion. Not a fad or whatever. The things we hear and read from these people more often than not seem as offputting and awkward as they are because they show severe psychological issues. I don't know who's crazier. The people who think they're something they're clearly not. Or a society that normalizes insanity and mental illness and declares it sane and acceptable.Passing over the absurdity of the scene, why that character is so aggressive? If they did this type of scene, why not put in place something to resemble a dialogue and not a angry fit...
