But you and I know that Chile wasn't even playing with it's best team.
Chupete, Palmatoria, Ponce, Carmona maybe. And that's it. FFS, not even Bravo or Medel were playing.

It's the attitude not the players. Today, Chile played really bad, hell... even Sánchez and Valdivia had a mediocre performance, but despite that, they keep trying again and again. Perú in the other hand was much more focused in the defense line than anything else.

You do realize that the only good striker Peru had was Guerrero, and Vargas as a left wing sometimes acting as a striker. The other 2 good ones that they have (Farfan and Pizarro) are not even there as they were injured.

Peru had nothing to attack with, they put an almost B class striker.
