I just got the Lordvessel on my first DS playthrough on PC. So it seems like I'll still be hard at work trying to conquer this game by the time the PC release is done for DS2.

I had just done that last week... you're not too far behind me and apparently I'm around ~75%+ through, not counting DLC.

But if you're like me. you'll be done by the PC release easily. Just a matter of getting around to it.

Like unless you want the crazy weapons, stop at 40 in strength?

There are most likely going to be breaking points/soft caps calculated for each stat in the future, but I don't think anyone really knows what they are going to be yet. It's simply too early to tell.

I wouldn't expect them to be similar to DS1- numbers.

I don't know why, but I'm not feeling hyped for what is the sequel to my Game of the Generation (and may become GotG itself). Hmm. At any rate, waiting for the PC version. Looking forward to reading people's impressions.

EDIT: I should note, the Dark Souls and BioShock Infinite sets are all me, but the DKC set is a mix of me, MYE, Robin64, Xtortionist, EatChildren and others.

It was fairly overpowered in demon's souls and it sounds like this is giving a lot of throwbacks to that.

Personally I'm going to go full physical on the first character and wait for other people to discover how viable the magics are.
