Assuming linking to the wiki isn't taboo, I found their checklist helpful (scroll down to Preparing For NG+).
Essentially, make sure you've bought all the items, particularly high level titanite, that are available in the end game. Complete the P

Well. I guess I need me some of that. How do I get it? What do I need to cast? How early can it be gotten? Darkness scales to the lowest out of int and faith right? I can turn my early game sorceress into a int/faith miracle/spell/dark nuke monster right?
Nope. The requirement is actually 2M souls, FROM the time you began NG+.
So if you got 8M souls on NG, you'd still need to get 2M more on NG+

Navlaan Quest, I have lit every bonfire in the game according to the Warp menu. The only Bosses I have yet to kill are Ancient Dragon, Throne Defenders/Nashandra and I guess Darklurker
The one thing I find offputting about playing a Hexer is using the
all the time, you get it fairly early and I already used it for nearly the whole game with my pure Sorcerer character. Pity catalyst/chimes/etc are basically straight upgrades of one another so you cant swap them out when you get bored of the look or want to try a different "moveset".
feels pretty underwhelming, two attunement slots, 3 casts and the damage output just doesnt feel high enough to justify that.

I got stuck using that and the Archdrake chime for most of my run. However, when you get to
Undead Crypt the witches can drop a Black Witches Staff which can cast Sorcery/Hexes/Miracles and has decent scaling at +10. Not as good as the specialist ones, but for an all-in-one staff, it kicks ass.

I don't have the patience to either fucking kill every douche up those stairs or deal with his necessity to do the AoE even though I'm sticking to his face. This isn't about skill, it's purely luck and whether you have the right fucking ONE equipment/ring that'll negate his AoE bull. I'm done. Moving on to finish the game so I can go to NG+.

Anyone get SLI working correctly (no overbright image, no Majula sinkhole framerate problems)? Cannot downsample @60 fps without it
Actually, I despawned all the guys leading to the boss first. That made the run backs less of an issue. It's all about Stamina so just need to watch that and run right before he flies up to breathe fire and you'll be fine, I got a hang of his pattern and he became easy. But it definitely took a lot of retries for me to get used to his move sets.
Dual avelyns! Total bullshit build!
Edit: I'm not proud to say it, but it's dumb to leave money on the table. I used SAM to get the last few achievements so that I don't miss out on dem Playfire bux.
After they register I'm going to remove the achievements though because I wanna get them legitimately.

Avelyn is the crossbow I take it? And the dragon looking armor? Not that I want it for my Mage, I want some sort of robe/hood combo, but I'm curious
