Nope. I don't see the problem with only a handful of people getting a gun that they had to earn by beating the hardest challenge in the game.
I have yet to do a raid but my circle of friends is pretty much ready to roll it. How do the weekly resets affect it? Can you only get a completion reward from it once a week until the reset like the nightfall or can you keep rolling it whenever you please?
Concerning Nightfalls, I helped a few friends so the nightfall tonight. I had already completed it so I got nothing. They got Patience and Time (I already had it) and Monte Carlo. (awesome from what my friend has told me) I didn't even know you could get exotics from the Nightfall. (I got ascendant materials this week) Does going in a group increase your chances of an exotic reward or can I get one from soloing every week? I would prefer to roll them solo first, but if the rewards aren't as good I won't bother.

nobody would care if you couldn't use said weapons in crucible honestly. That's great that they put the time into getting said weapon, but when a weapon is entirely the reason you're doing well in a match and it's a primary and has no charge time, then yeah. Keeping away.

I get that it's overpowered and all that. And honestly I wouldn't even care like you said if it wasn't allowed in crucible. But at the end of the day I couldn't care less that 1 dude out of the thousands I meet in crucible have the gun and destroy me with it. If everyone starts running around with it that's when it becomes a problem in my eyes.

Out of curiosity is there anyone that is running Raids (in general, not right this second) on either 360 or PS3? Barely seeing anyone even mention those versions here at all. I'm playing on 360 and I honestly think I'm about done with it, debating on if I want to hassle with hitting up one of the lfg sites or whatever to even try to run the Raid. I only have 4 friends on 360 playing the game, and one of them frankly doesn't have the time or skill commitment so that's a no-go there. As soon as I pick up a PS4 I'll probably put some amount of time into it there (hopefully they will have made further patches/improvements by then) and I have at least a few friends on there that are high-level that can run it so I'm not too worried about it, but I'm just kinda shocked there's not more people running those versions.
Also at the same time though since I'm switching platform camps no character progress carrying over whatsoever is really dampening any drive I have to play further since I know in the next few months none of what I'm doing now will matter :/

You finished the crucible part in one day? That shit took me a week. It didn't help that my only void weapon was a green shotgun though. At least I got it in before the nerf goes into effect.

FINALLY got the Pocket Infinity bounty option though, so can't complain. Had been stashing Rare fusion rifles as I was finding them, but still need like 6 more. Wrapping up that Bounty and getting my last faction to Rank 3 are the only things I specifically want to finish up.

Really the only way some of this shit can be done. Non stop wizards and hollowed knights are no joke.
Now all is left for me in this game is dailys weeklys and to try and beat the raid.

I've got the Pocket Infinity bounty and have been watching the gunsmith for nearly a week, even tracking him while at work on the app. The only time I saw fusion rifles come up was on Friday night. Regarding the crucible part of the Thorn bounty, I've written it before but I'll state it again: any old void shotgun and some time in rumble will clear it quickly. I picked up a piece of junk with a garbage fire rate/range from the gunsmith and it took me less than an hour to fumble through it. I did play as Defender, but only had a handful of melee kills and maybe two grenade kills the entire time.

My friends and I have cheesed several of the bosses on the harder strikes. I'm really not sure how people are beating them without the exploits we used.
While true and I think the fusion is a better gun..not everyone is great at crucible.don't forget.
Yup, and it will tell you when he's going to refresh. Select the tower from the menu, and you can see every seller in there and look at their items.
