What's the reasoning for not letting characters wear more than 1 piece of Exotic armor at a time?

There isn't a single map in this game I would label as good.
Even the best map, Shores of Time, is horribly imbalanced.
I have to imagine it was fucking amateur hour for whoever was in charge of map design for Destiny and if it was my name in the credits I'd be embarrassed.
Definitely one of the best Skirmish/Salvage maps as well.
To keep legendaries relevant.
That map to me might as well be a straight line, I do not deviate for the whole match, more often than not my team wins because of it lol.
choosing how to "spend" your exotic slots is a great big ol' chunk of destiny endgame. It also ensures that Legendary gear is a necessary component of every build rather than being invalidated as soon as you pick up an exotic of the same type. I got The Amammentarium last week from an engram that rolled for +136 discipline. I guess I was just lucky with that.

You need four light level 30 items.
So either all four raid pieces or three raid pieces and an exotic.

They're both really good. I'm still bummed they nerfed suros in PVE but oh well. THey might nerf it again right?
And since there's no Exotic boots yet, the Raid ones are absolutely necessary to reach level 30.
Wow really? I love Blind Watch in Rumble, it's Hand Cannon paradise... on Control though it seems sooo imbalanced.
Do you frequently get precision kills with your SUROS Regime? Then no. No it is not.

It is hands down the best XP farming in the game. No point in wasting telemetry anywhere else.
Make sure you pop a black wax idol though and kill the three yellow acolytes. Just leave the knight alive and die.

Once you have a good crew in Skirmish, the win streaks become addictive.

Yep, it was fun. That bounty put me into crucible rank 2, so I was able to buy my boots. My only blue piece left is my helmet.

To me it's B and C or A and B. That's it. I leave the other point alone, and play a "Fools Rush In" game with the other team. Once we have B and C I go on lock down with my shotgun. (or A and B - doesn't matter)
I should send you a video I made out of a Control round. Holy crap we were getting destroyed (9000-4500) and then went into HOLD THE POINTS mode and ended up winning. By 3500. Had a 10 kill streak for the first time too.
They're Raid gear for Titan. Stylish.

Haha, I've been needing gloves forever for my Titan. The raid only drops me boots and chests. Plentifully. I actually got lucky today and got No Backup Plans from Xur's engram, which will get me to 30 but not my ideal build.
Yup, if you don't farm with sound, you're just making it harder for yourself.

What about for IceBreaker? Telemetry a complete waste here? I already maxed my Supremacy so not much other use for sniper tele since I don't have P and T.

control's a lousy gametype anyway, at least on the maps in Destiny because of the zone placements and the way it influences the spawns.
But most of the maps have high ceilings where it counts, unless it's a chokepoint designed to limit movement. If there's an inherent problem in that regard, it's that these chokepoints exist in excess.
I think they should assign weighted points to the weapons types.
Say 8 points total.
exotic - 4 points
legendary - 2 points
rare - 1 point
uncommon - 0 points
Then, you could equip 2 exotics. Or 1 exotic and 2 legendaries. Or 3 legendaries. Basically, just have a system where I can level more than 1 damn exotic at a time...lol.
