So I'm just fucked then? No way to restart this mission?

Real brilliant design decision to have a meaningless choice pop up that has effected nothing so far make it so my run is fucked without telling me why. God that pisses me off.
That really is bullshit.

Makes my missing one side quest complaint seem like no big deal.

Can't you load a previous save?

I've been playing this when I can and man I love it so far, still in the beginning just started the second real mission and I've been spending a lot of time doing side missions and so far they're good.
I've been trying to avoid save scumming my way through and playing more natural, dealing with getting caught etc

So your on a permadeath run and have no other saves?

But yeah, I agree it's terrible. That is why I beat the game, then looked up a guide to prevent such bullshit.

I wasn't making extra saves since I didn't count on the game to fuck me for no reason. im so fucking mad i dont even want to beat the game anymore.

Is there any way to get to the market in Golem City without going through a restricted area? I searched for an hour, and eventually just snuck past some police offices.

You mean once you meet your captive contact? Yes, there's a hole in the fence near the lasers where the exit to the market is located (if I recall correctly). Just move the box. You don't have to navigate into the restricted area past the lasers/guards.

Oh my god the mapping in this game is so awful. I'm trying to find a certain someone on mission 7 and it keeps leading me in circles. This is so frustratingly stupid.

In Golem city? At what point?

I don't think this matters when you're in the hub. I've got people pestering me from time to time for being late over the infolink but there hasn't been any follow up on this when actually meeting with them.

Nice one, thanks. Lifted a bit of tension!

Yeah I literally finished my first session with it today shaking in anger because the waypoint for Edward (early 'forging' sidequest) or whatever just points right at the other objective (the woman in the basement) forever.

^^ I think that must be a bug because I didn't encounter those issues during those quests. The game in general is pretty janky...I've encountered several crashes on PC (more than I usually do with other games).

About a side mission:

After stealing the Neural Plasti thing without talking to Otar much earlier in the game, will SM09 never pop for me now?

Ok, I'm dumb and can't figure out the social enhancer. Is it just pay attention to which personality gets highlighted really fast (alpha, beta, omega) and then select that option?

afaik that is correct

You need count blips, one with most blips is right choice.

MrOogieBoogie

BioShock Infinite is like playing some homeless guy's vivid imagination
Does the Social Enhancer affect every conversation or only a select few? Is it even worth it?

so i´m doing mission 14 now, prague
3rd visit
, and i´m going to the southern hub to do the second
samizmat
side mission. but seeing as how the trains
are offline
, he´s walking the whole distance.

lol

Loving how contextual the takedowns are in this. Really smooth being able to take out guards and in the same motion hiding their bodies in behind cover.

Yeah I can't believe that was their solution lol. It totally comes across as a joke.

Not every conversation, select key ones. It makes them easier and gives you options that you wouldn't normally have. Easily worth it imo.

You could try talking to right person at key moment, but yeah.

Are you saying to go find Otar and talk to him?

Also, anyone else have over 42K credits and have no idea how to use it?

I'm confused.
So why does Nathaniel Brown not want the human restoration act to pass even though he would profit if it passed? And why does killing him and the U.N delegates help the illuminati?

He stands to lose money if it passes, he wants it to fail. Illuminati wants him and like minded people dead because Illuminati wants it to pass so they could legally wipe out augs.

Just finished the game. Amazing credits music, can't wait to dive into the free samples that came with the game.

End credits -
Great mid credits scene, so the psychiatrist is Elizabeth DuClare, the mother of Nicolette from the first game?

Last mission spoilers -
Did Miller die because I didn't go to the bank and get the extra info on Versalife? Man fuck the Stanek woman, and her stupid cult!

Who should you sell gyroscopic regulators, stem processor chips and hydraulic micropumps to for maximum cash? Are these items useful for something other than selling btw? Neuropozyne is also described as "no other functionality than its substantial monetary value", but is obviously used in lots of quests, but I haven't found a quest use for the other value items yet.

OK THIS IS GETTING FUCKING RIDICULOUS

in the final mission how the fuck do i open the gate to go towards
the delegates
area?

I've gone around and around and can't see another fucking way and I'm getting stressed out now.

Edit: nevermind lmao

Just finished it, will take a bit to digest it of course, but my first feeling is that I preferred Human Revolution over this by a smidge. Preferred the main story and characters involved in it over what we had here. For example in Human Revolution while
Malik was under attack I felt like I wanted to save her,
while in Mankind Divided when MAJOR ENDGAME SPOILERS:
Miller was dying I felt meh.
Same deal goes for your other allies and antagonists as well. Story also felt smaller scale compared to what we had in Human Revolution.

Gameplay was similar (still a lot of crawling in convenient human sized vents), but felt improved in little ways like the addition of the remote hacking augment. Side Missions were also improved with most of them being more interesting than the Main Story.

This will most certainly be on my GOTY list at the end of the year and I am excited for the next game, hope they mix that one up a bit though.
About your spoiler.
I think it's more to do with the fact that you keep hearing from Alex that Miller is dirty while Malik is portrayed in an opposite way. I mean Malik didn't really have much going for her outside of few conversations...she wasn't even a central character like Miller. But the way they portray her situation i.e. she is in the middle while everyone is attacking her and she keeps saying "leave me behind" or lines like "Give em hell soldier boy"...I guess that's what made the player to feel for her.

Where can I buy a multitool? There's a stupid safe in SM00 that I can't deal with yet.

Do you have enough crafting parts to make one? Takes 150 I believe.

Ok thanks guys. I need to stop texting in the middle of convos ;)

I do miss out on a special assault rifle though. I'm going full no-kill, but still. Unless I get grab it later?
You don't miss out,
that vault can be visited while freeroaming. Versalife's vaults the only one that is mission specific and it has nothing inside it equipment wise.

When does SM08 pop? Just got back to Prague from
Golem city
and got a bunch of other quests but not this one. Yes, I did sm04 already.

In Golem city? At what point?
The last objective, when you are trying to get to
Rucker
. My objective market kept leading me to a point floating on the air in vertical shaft. Alternated from level 5 to 7 to 2. Was really annoying.

Honestly, i would rather then not have objective markers at all and instead just indicate a general area. The makers are just more confusing than useful.

Credits,
psychiatrist knows her or is related to her. "Elizabeth sends her regards" would be odd choice of words if she was Elizabeth. Maybe she is Elizabeths daughter too?

Last mission, yes

All vendors give same value for those, as far I could tell. No other uses like Neuro has, just sell them.

Do I talk to Koller? The old lady at the red light district? I can't find Otor in his casino.

Latter

I did try to talk to her, she says nothing. So Koller says nothing, she says nothing and Otor is gone. Unless the Otor mission can be done when I get back from GARM?

Then you are closed out of that side mission as far I can tell, NG+ then :b

I found the way to get into the vault section but i cannot actually open any of these, without spoiling, those cards are founded elsewhere no ? I just want to know that, thanks ;)

Yes.

Yes...you have to go around town to find two of them. One of them can be found as part of progression.

succeed the speech check with otar to get the calibrator. He will call you in golem city to take care of a target. You need to do both, then he will call you to meet the woman after you elevator up from tf29 or soon after. If you missed any step your out of luck this playthrough.
