PC is definitely better. In fact it is so strong, you can just use the GPU's RAM, don't even need System RAM.No need to name and shame. You don't have to like the product, but actively push negativity, while buying the console.

Yes, but considering the 4070 is usually in the high 40s with native 4K DLAA and 4K DLSS Quality is in the 60ish + range I’d wager the rendering resolution is probably around the 1440p-1500p range. Probably higher in the less intensive areas. I doubt dropping all the way to 1080p would happen on a 4070.HFW DRS scales down to performance level, so 1080p for 4k target.

Depends when you bought it. Now that it's twice the price of a 4080 at $1800, it's terrible. Back when it was $1600 and the 4080 $1200? It was the much better value. Still awful, but the 4080 at the time was abysmal.
I don't believe anyone thought a mid gen refresh is intended to move any needles especially with its pricing
