Dispersion now reflects damage before reductions and returns it as the same damage type

IF THIS CHANGE NOW WORK WITH OCTARINE THE HERO IS FUCKING BROKEN GG TRASHES.

besides the techies nerfs this is more like 6.84b imo

6.84b:

* Roshan armor upgrade increased from 1 per 8 minutes to 1.4 per 8 minutes
* Familiars hit requirement reduced from 4 to 3
* Enrage damage multiplier reduced from 2/2.5/3 to 1.5/2/2.5
* Glimmer Cape Magic Resistance reduced 66% to 55%
* Glimmer Cape and Shadow Amulet Attack Speed reduced from 30 to 20
* Silver Edge recipe cost increased from 350 to 600
* Flesh Golem minimum damage amplification reduced from 5/10/15% to 1% (same for scepter)
* Flesh Golem minimum slow reduced from 5% to 1%
* Soul Rip manacost increased from 50/75/100/125 to 100/110/120/130
* Zombies no longer require two hits to kill from Towers
* Stampede Scepter damage reduction from 70% to 60%
* Gyrocopter base Intelligence reduced from 23 to 19
* Queen of Pain base movement speed reduced from 300 to 295
* Hawk movement speed from 250/300/350/400 to 250/275/300/325

i just read through it all and it seems pretty damn significant to me. what were you expecting ?

Being able to get off a third boulder while split is nice. Cool little buffs to a lot of my favorite heroes, actually. I like that the frog chose to be rather subdued with this patch; seems like enough to nudge the meta along a bit without throwing it into total chaos.

These ogre buffs are fantastic, he has around 14 base armor now. Also:

Techies' mines are no longer triggered when destroyed
Techies' mines can now be destroyed using Quelling Blade/Battle Fury [?]
Techies' mines now provide 10 Gold for destroying them
Land Mines and Stasis Traps no longer block neutral spawns

Dota is a video game again.

buy the veil of discord: now 200 gold off!!
tbh anita never bothered me, its just that almost every other carry was irrelevant
storm mana drain in the early/mid game will be quite a bit heavier
and yeah lesh will be returned to the shadow realm

Also, there is an unused item string in the files. "Divine Shield". Sadly they never filled out the lore or description, it just says "text".

he's as good as he ever was in the lategame, bloodstone nerfs notwithstanding
That ball lightning nerf will hurt him even in late game, 1% of his mana might not sound like much but it effectively lowers the range in which he can jump on you. You were looking for him to get nerfed into oblivion but that's not what IF aims for.

Now Shaker, that's a hero that didn't get nerfed enough.

And why the fuck did AM get an indirect buff. Manta now costs less mana and is lower CD AND BF is now cheaper.

no more damn damage gains from bloodseeker from heroes being at 99% hp makes me very happy

i would have personally preferred a stronger nerf than that and his heal being only slightly less potent at low levels, but adjusting his thirst scaling sounds like it will be very helpful for laning against seeker
 
don't think antimage is all that good, he just fits the meta real well. with lots of that shit nerfed, it seems probable he'll fall off regardless of changes.
 
Seems like a lot of buffs to supports and nerfs to carries.

Hmmm, I got the opposite impression, but I'm mainly a support player so maybe I'm just biased (my favs disruptor and lina got hit pretty hard, and shaker got a small nerf).

Almost all of the big winners (on paper) this patch are caries (luna, legion, wraith king, terrorblade, mirana, morphling, lycan, lifestealer, chaos knight, tiny etc.). For supports it looks like it's just ogre, cm, shadow shaman, lich, venge and bane that got big buffs. Off course, techies nerfs are a huge plus for supports.

Infested tower diving is pretty fun, and now I can as an ancient! That's neat.

Im kinda surprised TB didnt get any love with all the primary stat buffs that got handed out this patch.

I'm actually wondering how scary he can be now. If you get off a 4-5 man Reflection, manta and have a few illusions already you can get like 10 Meta illusions right?. Not sure what could withstand that.

Wait, how did AM get buffed apart from 0.1 -> 0.15 Mana Void at lvl 6? His Blink is lower range at rank 1/2/3 and the stun is lower at rank 2/3.

Indirect buffs, I think. Manta, Heart, BF all cheaper or better.

He was one of the top carries of last patch and he got buffed, I find that straight up weird.

Right, but I think he was only a top carry because of that specific meta. With the heroes that defined that meta getting nerfed, that's probably a sufficient change to pull him down in usage/winrate.
