The hero is strong, he has 100% p+b after all, but not ridiculously OP. He needs some sort of nerf though.

calldown is the spell to change if any
cooldown is fucking ridiculous, AoE is HUGE and the damage is great at any time of the game

I don't think that's much of a nerf.
CD increase seems the best nerf imo. It's really short for the ability it is and it's a big part of what makes him such a threat in the early game.

I think it's important to know what came first, this tweet or the stupid twitch/reddit/whatever meme copypasta
