Yeah, but Bristle needs to be in the enemy's face, and Razor can link him the whole fight. Static Link continues to give damage to Razor even past the target's right click damagae.

Sticky Goo also sucks big time against razors passive. Though it's not like you're forced to use it on him.

Razor can offer armor reduction against BB as well as not allowing him to freely walk in for fear of empowering the enemy carry.

Also, BB can't use goo freely on razor because of the slow. It might even be worth it this game to get aghs so it's no longer a targetable ability.
