I wish they would make my boy axe better late game, maybe make his ult % based so he can do something more to heroes later game, instead of trying to ult a hero with a max hp of 2500 when they are below 400 or whatever

League doesn't have a Skeleton King. Not nearly as many passives
I think he's super strong, as long as he doesn't get a terrible start. He's incredibly weak in his early levels though so an organized team that cares to can shut him down easily.
No real SK equivalent, everybody has 4 active abilities and one passive so there's nobody quite so straightforward. Caitlyn is League's Sniper though. I'd say she's probably the least complex champion.

There was a patch. It was a pre patch for hats we won't be able to get but there was a patch

Ah, yeah her escape/slow is pretty unique. Gangplank might be a good choice then. Any range nuke, move/attack speed buff, a purge, and kind of Gyro ult. Some extra utility would be lost but the basics are there.

Naut would be a nightmare, the anchor has a lot of properties. (grabs onto all terrain, enemy heroes, pulls half distance for enemy heroes)

I was under the impression that phase boots were more useful for QW because you miss out on the dmg of Exort. So... travels/treads?

I stopped playing before velkoz and never really played thresh. I can say that all of those champions except chogath are a ton of fun. In fact, I was addicted to playing a few of them for a while. Especially nautilus and skarner

I don't think Valve well let them. It would attract way too much negative attention, either that or they are allowing porn games on steam or some new porn ads in-game or porn related hats.
