you have to set your US account to primary, so you can acess DA:I with your EU account. you can buy PSN credit from the buy/sell/trade thread here on neo gaf, some people sell it with a 10% discount. paypal and credit cards to my knowledge only work if you live in the US.

Since everyone seems to be jumping on the VPN thing I'll answer this.

You can dabble all you want in the trees available to your class, and aren't restricted. Picking Archer or Dual-Dagger at character creation dictates your starting weapon and abilities, but you can buy an item to change them at any almost time.

That said, you cannot change weapon in combat, so you might want to specialise in one or other, but you can play around with both until you decide.

pc version has controller support.

Did the same already twice. Only downside on my end is, that my second user has no PS+ and thus all cool features (DL in standby etc) don't work. As long as your second user makes your PS4 as primary everything works totally fine. Prices in EU are horrible. In the end I paid 48€ instead of 69,99€ for the same game.
You can play it in you EU language (if it is not english) as well.

Regarding ps plus. You can't play multi then, right? Have a Ps3 myself, so it's not an issue for me. Just a warning. (unless im missing something')
