It was his pathetic "I know Goku better than anyone so I know what's best for this character who is absolutely not Goku" act on Twitter after people told him to please use only his Rose voice instead of randomly changing voices and accent when he transforms
When Goku goes SSB Kaioken for the first time, I love how Elder Kai talks like he's an expert on it and Goku's previous uses of it, when this is really the first time he's seen it.
I understand Elder Kai knows of it and might even know how to do it, but don't act like you've been helping Goku this whole time.

A Super Saiyan transformation shouldnt make you sound like a completely different person.

I mean I don't assume that every Kai would know how to use that technique, but if any Kai was going to randomly pull that move out of nowhere, it would ideally be the most gifted warrior kai in universe 10.

Yep, Black knew KaioKen, he just never used it.
He has Goku's body and had been observing him and he gets stronger but copying Goku, so they can make up an excuse for him to use it in a game if they want to

Also Black should have an English voice. It's how Zamasu thinks he should talk, so when he takes Goku's body, it comes out as English.
I think he just recorded the Rose lines after the Black lines.
The anime version should have just one voice.
Nobody told him that Black was Zamasu. All they told him was that Black was "Evil Goku." By the time they recorded SSR Goku Black, he probably knew much more about the character.
Black will probably sound fine when the English dub of the anime reaches that point.

Pretty much. As far as Freeza knows the only two guys on his team worth a shit are Goku and Vegeta. He doesn't know about Gohan or 17. If Vegeta goes and Goku looks outclassed by Jiren there's no point in him staying, given the information he has.
Ginyu wasn't able to use the Kaioken just because they had possession of Goku's body. Body possession =/= knowledge of original user's techniques.
Zamasu has been observing Goku and tries to emulate Goku to get stronger. Ginyu just jumped in the strongest guy he sees while Zamasu planned it
He's also likely a better martial artists
