Probably 0 right now. I think a lot is riding on the success of THPS5. Not just for the future of that series but for games in the extreme sports genre in general. If it ends up doing well then it could show EA that there's still a market for those games.

THPS5 is cross-gen, right? I'm scared they're going to try to tweak it too much and steer away from the original formula that made it good the first time around. if a miracle happens though and it sells, they need to make the next Skate current gen only, 60FPS with realistic body movements during falls instead tumbling off a jump and only breaking an arm and leg.

Retro Studios just tweeted out the E3 Nintendo link. METROIDMETROIDMETROID.

It's definitely cross-gen. The early word on it pretty positive in terms of it being closer to the original series. I guess we'll find out for sure at E3 once more people get their hands on it. The physics really make or break a game like THPS. We saw that with THPS HD. They had the same level designs that people love from the early games, but the physics were busted so the reception wasn't all that great.

Right; it's time.

Over the last four years, I've written a bingo card generator for each of the three main conferences plus a general E3 one:

2011
2012
2013
2014

(Use the dropdown at the bottom to choose category/difficulty)

2015 isn't yet ready to go live; I'll probably do that at the weekend. Before I do, though, I'm going to open up the data spreadsheet to GAF for any further suggestions / contributions of images.

Tabs at the bottom choose whether the sheet is for Nintendo/Sony/MS or General E3. Rate the difficulty, too, 1 (easy), 2 (medium), 3 (hard), or 5 (patently ludicrous).

So, without further ado: Quote to reveal.

Not going to happen.

I don't believe Bayonetta 3 is likely personally, but if it were to appear at E3, then no way is it not a Wii U game.

Would be worth it for the announce thread alone ;)

Bayonetta 3 for everything BUT the Wii U. I would laugh so hard.

I wanted to prepare a betting list the other day. Was too lazy. Something like that:

The Freezing Assassin Award (hugest technical cock-up)
Bethesda, Fallout 4 crashing.

The Tumbleweed Award (longest silence after an announcement or joke)
EA

The Powers Award (longest not gaming-related part in a conference)
Sony

The Don Award (most ham-handed answer in an interview)
Ubisoft

The Caffeine Award (most WTF host/presenter)
Square-Enix

New Category

Don't Hurt Me Award (Live gameplay where the player sucks most)
Microsoft

Not really. Devs go to events without showing a game all the time. I do expect we will see Horizon (or whatever it's called) at Sony's conference, though.

Yeah, we all got excited when we found out Guerrilla and Sucker Punch would be at PSX...And the nothing happened. Herman is the head of the studio, so it's unsurprising that he'd go to big events related to Playstation.

I was always a fan of the set-up where you show off all the third-party stuff your obligated too and then drop the line," everything from this point on is exclusive/platform exclusive," and move from there.

And because of that, I'd much rather have Horizon in the middle somewhere, rather then a Horizon to Destiny transition, ugh.

Oh I just remembered something, I'm pretty sure Uncharted 4 will open the conference, for one simple reason: we've already seen it. They can't end the conference with something we've already seen (two times, if you count E3 2014).

So it leave us with Horizon, Star Wars Battlefront (huge marketing deal like Destiny), OR The Last Guardian.
