I really hope so. They don't need four iterations of Forza Motorsports on one console, and FM7 killed my enthusiasm for the series after loving it for over 10 years.

Something must have gone wrong too as they never released a single expansion for it either, opting to focus on smaller changes to online after years of them tolerating the god awful quality of lobby racing.

Yeah I'm guessing they know that yet another Motorsport game this generation isn't required, or desired. But a shiny new next gen one in 2020 will be fine and great. After all it's pretty much tradition for a new console to have an exclusive racer at launch.

Turn10 will upgrade the Forzatech engine for next gen, and Playground will follow the year after with their own tweaks for Horizon 5. Giving them both 3 years dev time.

New graphics engine, now finally with a proper true dynamic lighting system
Fully featured track builder
More dev made tracks
More stuff to bring fun and community aspect to the game
etc

This is what I would like to see. I'm guessing with the success of Horizon, Turn10 know that they really need to propel Motorsport forward.

Cool stream today. The map looks really nice. But the roundabout at the top of the motorway is begging for another road to come off it to the north with a new area. I hope this is what they do with the dlc expansions instead of them being a separate area.

Test Drive Unlimited fucking ruled and was doing this shit in 2006. It just didn't have the same budget.

Met some of my earliest Xbox live friends just cruising around Oahu in TDU and flashing lights at real people to race between single player events.

Love that they've added more long routes like the Goliath. They mentioned the Gauntlet and Titan.

Also, Forzathon points sounds really intriguing. I hope that if you miss out on something, you'll have a chance down the road.

That'll take care of my biggest gripe with Forzathon sometimes feeling like an obligation.

Edit: Oh, yeah. These co-op Forzathon events look amazing.

Getting ahead of ourselves with FH4 not even out yet, but I'd like the series to come back to the U.S. I'd really like to see PG do something massive and perhaps even challenge The Crew in terms of scope.

I also think that Japan is a longshot as long as the Toyota licensing issues persist.

I don't really care about which side of the road I drive on. I can hit other cars from either side.

Can't wait to get a tour of my fellow UK gamer's beautiful countryside! Just bought an Xbox One X and this IS the killer app I want for the system! Sure, I already have Forza 7, Forza Horizons 2 and 3 but
part 4? It looks absolutely brilliant! And the changing of seasons?! I'm just at a point now I'm going on media blackout. I just want to go into the game without having seen much of the landscape or

I have a question. I downloaded the demo for PC last night and had a quick go using my DS4. The steering was incredibly sluggish compared to something like Wreckfest. I take it I just need to increase sensitivity in the settings (I didn't get far enough to access them last night)? There's no known underlying compatibility issue with using the DS4?
